honestly was sorting to confirm someone beyond doubt, as I thought a 1-shot bodyguard or doc could fit this set-up with my role + the flipped roles.

Yes - we did discuss whether or not he should come out and claim I neighboured him at the start of the day but I didn't see the point.

ugh, though yeah, it's incredibly fucking idiotic to fakeclaim it, unless of course you're a 2-shot scum neighbouriser and wanted to try fit your role to the town roles. i mean, you/bub scum makes loads of sense here faking this, cept bub is town.

Not sure what you wanted me to say.

I posted that his claim was believable and didn't support the lynch. I also was pretty vocal against Fitz immediately for trying to quick lynch Voided before Rat came back out and confirmed it was a gambit, I also jumped on PT for using the neighbourizer claim as the basis for his lynch. I had no evidence that Voided was town merely that I had the same role as he was claiming which wasn't a basis for claiming myself.

That's what I assumed Faraday but I thought I would give the claimant the opportunity to explain. If that is the case...my next question would be if Bub responded....and can therefore confirm mikemike's claim. Not sure I'm going to be able to be convinced that there were two town aligned 1-shot neighborizors. And who is to say the role is town aligned....

If it had been a cop or doc then yes I would come to that conclusion.

I had never come across the role before and the odds on scum fake-claiming it seemed remote to me and too much of a co-incidence. I actually saw it as more likely that he was being genuine.

The 1-shot thing is definitely suspicious, but I don't think it's fair to think that just because there already was a neighborizer there can't be another one. And mike has been in since the start of the game so it'd be completely idiotic for him to have forgotten that scandal.

I see bub as town because when he was scum he was probably the most in your face player in the game and managed to win by shouting his opinions loud enough so that people believed him. He went back on himself a lot, too. I don't see much of that from this game and so I'm willing to assume that means he's town.

Where did I say he was second on my scum list? He's not the top of the list because him being on the list yesterday required chk to flip scum.

I can confirm that MikeMike neighbourized me. Last night I asked him about his role and he said exactly the same thing he said today: that it was one-shot and that he tried to target Jahudo before. It doesn't make any sense at all for him to lie about this piece of information.

I still find it hard to believe there wasn't at a minimum a 2nd scum on the D1 mislynch. Which would mean either Faraday or Bub is scum.

eh sorry >_> this was a bit grouchy. i'm trying to write a long post and it's killing me, but it's neccessary to try and give my thoughts on the set-up here.
