Looking at this setup, I would say that it's entirely reasonable for them to recieve them in this game, thus a claim without a counter-claim isn't clearance material. With that said I'm leaning slight-town on Nintendo.

I'm tried and feeling kind of like crap from labwork but i'll try to hit a few points before I pass out:

flavor speculation is dumb. my flavor role was formed in the 90s, but I guess the majority of their output was in the 00s even if it was shit? in 90s band mafia REM and Nirvana were town despite both having formed & released albums in th 80s (REM is even older than guns n roses, lol). slaxx doesn't provide fakeclaims in his games from what i read in 90s band mafia but that doesn't really matter because there are so many potential claims that scum can fake nameclaims at low risk.

so in summary, shut up about name claims. just scumhunt, champ.

would like to know why an early VT claim makes nintendoaddict town, outside of everything else he's posted. That wagon dissolved almost as quickly as it started and spurred this idiotic flavor speculation.

You're forgetting it's openely stated in the OP that mafia can have bands that aren't 00's while town can't, meaning if it's impossible to compare this game to 90's.
