I think you (Tans) are trying harder to get Zod lynched by using coersion and negotiating then you are by building a case against him. While I agree he has done some scummy things I think there are better lynch options because the case on Zod is relatively weak. Obviously I don't want a no lynch to occur but not voting for Zod does not make me part of the problem either.

And how the heck does that work? I don't understand how Pul and you would be considered obvtown if zod flips scum. You are forgetting that we have already discussed the possibility of two mafias, therefore nobody is obvtown.

We are possibly less than 24 hours away from a no lynch. The Zod wagon has the biggest wagon, and I think I made a GREAT case against him throughout this game. Most recently where I ISO'd him.

Why was tanstalas so adamant about lynching Umbrage, up to and including disagreeing with my jester read on him, only to vote SOMEBODY ELSE (Zodiark) at the deadline? Changing off your top scum read onto a lurker is less than helpful.

Also, there is the (admittedly obfuscatory) scum tell that the first person on a wagon is likely town, and the second person on a wagon (or the second-last, L-1) is likely scum. Look where tanstalas is.

And re: Umbrage. Why was he so eager to lynch tanstalas all day?

My hypothesis is that they were trying to create a faux 1:1 situation where one of them "had" to be scum, and both opened up the patented Multi-Directional OMGUStunnel™ on each other full blast, and started shouting through it, making sure to let it leak all over the thread. This is also known as EPIC BUSSING. There are a lot of great posts in that topic, and may I specifically point you to my post, where I cite an example of my scumbuddy and I (in Harry Potter, no less. here we are mentioning that game yet AGAIN) bussed to victory on Day 1.

But now all of a sudden due to this post , he switches his vote to Hiraki for an arguably stupid reason (but hey, that's no different than most of the other things he's done in the game).

so i posit that:

1. umbrage and tanstalas (and unknown third buddy?) epic bus each other all day, to clog up the topic and create a 1:1 where one is town and one is scum. which is a fallacy, but. yeah.
2. they switch to other people at the end of the day (tanstalas to someone he'd claimed prior suspicion on, umbrage to someone random for something random). WTF??!!! makesnosense.
3. this way, they get the mislynch on day 1, and possibly annoy people enough so that they start ignoring them as scum possibilities. i know it's worked on me somewhat. i didn't read the entirety of their back-and-forth.
4. also (BONUS!) if one of them ever flips scum, this makes the other one look a lot more townie, and gives them rights to be able to say "hey, I was right about tans/Umbrage" and then skate under the radar even more.

I'm a Lover with Hiraki. Thing is, neither of us know the others alignment. This post is what makes me think Hiraki is town. He put himself as a potential candidate for lynching, if there was a possibility that I was scum, because, if I am, which I'm not, Hiraki being lynched would mean I die as well. Scum wouldn't pull something like that D1, if at all.
