Responding to Uite shortly, too. Just for the record, I've been reading Uite's sig for some time, and knew he was going to bring this up eventually. But reading my sig, understand that I know I'm right about Toon, and am probably right about Maxous, too. I just know for a fact that I suck at convincing people, personally, to follow my lead.

Toon's a mislynch. I am having trouble explaining why, but he is.

Indeed. I was not sure. I knew one of you was scum, but wasn't sure which one. I went with you rather than Zepher, though I don't remember why. (Might've been that I saw more potential support for your lynch, might've been that I felt you were slightly more likely. I don't remember. But it's not important. What's important is what I believe NOW, that Maxous has outed himself as scum.)

I was a distraction to town and somewhat tunneled by some town, I'm a useless VT, and I was horribly off day 1.

My death would get town to stop tunneling me and broaden a bit... thus town as a whole does better... ala pro-town.

After reading the recent interactions between Max and Mastin, I believe more and more that maxous is scum, and I don't know why aren't more people voting him. Pine already said he suspected him, and his vote would be far more useful on max than it is on mastin right now. Silver is sucking ass, so he could at least help us lynch a sum. Uite's OMGUSing me, and he could help us lynch this scum today instead of pointlessly attack me. Come on people!

Also. If Maxous ends up as scum, we have an effective cop. So long as you trust Pine to be town, he blocks suspects. Preferably announcing them before going into night. If there's no kill, we know he either hit scum, or scum NK'd to frame the player. And with them having sacrificed their kill, that means they have to leave confirmed town alive. In other words, we start confirming people by kills having gone through, or by having kills NOT go through and keeping confirmed town alive.

(I remember this strategy fairly well from a game I read. A classic one.)

It can make sense that Mastin is an SK trying to disguise himself as a clever vig.
He's smart/insane enough to pull that off, but I wouldn't be so willing to give him the boot yet if he's killing off the suspicious players.
But it helps him just as much to find the Mafia as well.
I'm not sure whether or not blocking him would be the best course of action, considering that if we lynch scum today, the last Mafia will be out for him anyways.

I was willing to forgive the inconsistency with Maxous' vote on me, but it seems like he's going back on things he's said earlier in the game.
I've rarely seen town do that, and i they did it was forgivable.
Now it seems like he's blatantly trying to challenge Mastin's points against him to gain town credibility back.

Looking back at Uite's votecount, Maxous had his vote on relatively easy wagons all day 1.
His Amor vote was relatively short compared to how he pushed his other votes (which was barely at all to be honest), and that seems suspicious.
His hammer on DK came out of nowhere and still seems scummy; hidden behind an actual reason, even though at NO point should you intentionally stop town discussion.

In any case, I'm MrZepher, and I support this wagon.

I couldn't get a strong enough case to warrant a vote on you, but with Mastin's points I think I have enough to convince me you're scum.

That is L-1. Hammering before Maxous claims will be taken as a scum claim, unless Maxous is reticent with less than 24 hours to go.
