Somewhat gut, I get the feeling that he is town frustrated at the pace of the game and the non-relevant pseudo-scum-hunting posting in this game thus far.

Also, I do not believe Amrun said anything about only two scum in the game, I think you may be confused as she likes to talk about two man scumbuddies, which doesn't nessessarily mean she thinks there are only two scum.

Either way:

If she thinks there are only two scum, why even mention DDD as a distant third? Why say a couple posts later that she doesn't think DDD is scum? Why would you mention DDD as a "possible" distant third when you don't think he is scum?

In season 2, for those who didn't know, Dexter is both the protagonist and antagonist. He works at the polic dept, but the police dept is searching for a particular serial killer: him. It's a big investigation with fbi and everything.

Astor being a survivor and knowing Dexter and Rita are in this game adds validity to this theory. Astor is Rita's child; Rita is Dexter's girlfriend. There is tension between Dexter and Astor, but Dexter would never kill her.

My guess is Astor (Kise) seeks out a player each night, and it depends on if he finds Dexter or Rita first if he becomes scum or town. Astor would work against scum (Dexter) if she was allied with Rita, and against town (with Dexter) if she found Dexter first.

Another possibility is that Astor doesn't become scum unless Rita dies and/or doesn't become town unless Dexter dies.

Thoughts?

That bolded statement is not fencesitting. Speculation, yeah. But in no way fencesitting. Fence sitting would have to mean that it'd be beneficial for Amrun to jump to either side of an argument later on. How would it be beneficial for Amrun to jump sides for two scum or three scum?

Do I think we have only two scum? No. I prefer to always assume worst case. At least three, one SK. There is no benefit in assuming two. I was just referring you to a post that I had just re-read.

I'm still trying to understand how you've been using the term fencesitting, because it's not how I'm used to it.

I think it terms of DDD, Amrun was saying that her top three picks are 1.)You, 2.)LMP and if there has to be a third, DDD. Listing people from scummiest to least scummy. I don't understand why she would bother mentioning DDD if she wasn't willing to commit to him being scum. But her stance on him is town. That's been clear. More confusing than fence sitting.

She listed myself, LMP and at a distant third DDD as scum(ISO-44). Then in her (ISO-45) she states a false dichotomy stating that either I or LMP or both of us are scum, (no mention of DDD here in this post. Then in the next post she said he is PROBTOWN(ISO-46), then said in a later post that she doesn't "think" he is scum(ISO-48). What changed in that less than two hours where he went from "possible" scum to PROBTOWN to "I don't think he's scum"? (setting up doubt)

I assumed this was a rhetorical question, as why would I think EVERY SINGLE POST in the game was pseudo-hunting? Of course there is actual scum hunting going on. The point I was trying to make is this game is filled with a lot of garbage. With people asking questions and then not following up when people "dodge" - so you obviously didn't care about the question in the first place so it was a waste of space and my time to read it the first time.

It was clarification. I needed to be perfectly clear on your stance. It's noted.

I think you missed my point about Amrun and DDD. I think DDD is in Amrun's scumlist at the top three. That doesn't mean that Amrun has to think that he's significantly scum when compare to her read of you and LMP.

To answer your question, I have a null read on DDD. Because he hasn't talked much. However, LMP is far more scummy then him based on the posts they have made.

Most of this game is not pseduo-hunting. It's a shame that you think so.

Anyhow, I was doing a little rereading of the day to scrutinize the Budja wagon and see how I felt about it.

DDD - started the wagon and pushed it for the most part. His participation kinda dropped off a bit after it was rolling, but that's not entirely unexpected from his approach to the game. He probably goes in my town column for now.
tanstalas - He plunked his vote on Budja and just put the game in cruise control for 4 or 5 pages with some pretty lame arguments. DO NOT LIKE.
Locke Lamora - I think he's town
Amrun - Her Budja vote was a little meh, but she did blatantly state she was going to sheep...which I think is a statement scum tend to shy away from for the most part. Plus I feel good about her in terms of the rest of her play yesterday. She was active and really seemed to be trying to figure things out. She goes in the town column.
VPB - pretty obv. town
LynchMePls - His push on Budja is pretty much out of left field and it's just him quoting things...as that apparently makes a good case. I don't care for it and in combination with the rest of his play yesterday (repeated sheeping, getting overly defensive at slight questioning) I really don't like LMP here. LYNCH DAT SCUM
Kise - obv. whiny survivor is obv and whiny. I'm really disappointed at the lack of vig shot on him last night. It very much bothers me because he's proven himself anti-town that needs to be eliminated from the game early. We can't be spending a lynch on him a day or two from now if we don't get some scum lynches under our belt. Jury is still out on what the correct course of action is at this point, but I think we should figure it out sooner rather than later.

It's more likely than not that there's scum on the wagon but I can certainly see it as a possibility that there isn't and my contempt for all things VCA is strong. Amrun (and everyone else) shouldn't be artificially limiting the lynch pool based on dodgy assumptions.

tans argument that Amrun is fence sitting scum isn't good at all. It is another OMGUS position he has taken and it's getting more than a little old. He seems to be trying to force Amrun's posts into scummy positions. I'll be clear in that I don't see any fence sitting from her. I read it that her scum suspectes are tans/LMP/DDD. It's one thing if you think her budja vote was bad, but the rest of that is just ick.

I would like to know who Amrun thinks could be scum off wagon, but the fact she is locked into a pool of players that include her, feels town inclined, even if I don't agree.

Farside and LMP are my top suspects at this point. I don't get why tans is defending LMP because he has literally done nothing in this game. The game state isn't

Farside pushing Kise's hammer when it wasn't that important yesterday just really sticks in me.
