@ Ran:
Sooo... he says he has role-related info about DN, but doesn't say what kind of info it is (though it's implied that it's bad). He says he's not an alignment cop.
My take on it: He's probably a role-cop or some other such role. I still think he's town from the part of the thread that I've read, so I will lynch DeathNote on his word.
I don't know yet if I think I will want to vote for DeathNote after reading the entire thread, but it's a better place to start than lynching a lurker (i.e. my slot).
More catchup tomorrow (hopefully a LOT more).Show"Take me to Pleasure Town!" "Look, the most Glorious Rainbow Ever!" "Do me on it!" -

Wow it took a long time to catch up on this thread. Sorry I wasn't posting for a few days, didn't really have enough time/energy to keep up... stupid cold.
@Albert: I think you must be power tripping. Both of them have a few scummy points against them, but there are still better candidates. However...
fos:YosSeriously folk, look at post #1381, and everything in the first 5-10 pages of the day, and tell me that's not scummy. Summary:
now : Vez and Furc hating is annoying = not scummy
Yet he was pretty interested in the Vez vote...
I don't like this.
So Llama claims not really an investigative role, but 100% says he got back a guilty on Deathnote? I don't really understand. I am willing to switch with more details. Right now, you're not making any sense to me.
I find it interesting that this comes up after Ranmaru hounded down death note just previously. I just think it's an awfully convenient time for Llama to throw the town on Death note. I don't really see what Llama's incentive is as scum though, we'll never trust llama again, and I would certainly be for lynching him tomorrow, if Deathnote ends up dead, pro-town. Too early in the game to throw everything away... Llama's certainly closer to the "folk who don't seem scummy" part of my list, so it doesn't make any sense for him to be lying. I will ponder this.
side note: seriously Yos, did you listen to me at all?
Yos2 wrote:In any case, I stand by my attack on you there. Albert's actions seemed obviously to be pro-town motivated actions, there is zero reason for a scum to act like that at all. It's quite obvious he wasn't actually trying to lynch ML there. I don't care if you like Albert's play or not, I was just pointing out that it didn't make any sense as scum play. You then ignored all that reasoning completly, never really responding to it, and just called me scummy for defending him. That makes it look to me like you were just trying to mislynch Albert, and separate Albert from his defenders, and didn't actually want to get into a detailed discussion about his behavior.
It certainly makes perfect sense if one of the two main people with bandwagons against them is a scum partner. Albert had a terrible way of throwing around votes yesterday, and today hasn't really been any better. All you folk who say Albert is obvtown, I don't get. I'm willing to let this slide for now because of the claim, but I don't think it's 100% cleared Albert.
Until I hear more about the deathnote case, I still believe Reaper is the best call for today. reaper/batt: Your play has been so non existent, just pretending to be, and then suddenly you try to show up for the entire game. I'll admit your post is filled with content, but I think it was a great ploy to make everyone say "forget about all the scummy things I did before" in a sudden swoosh. It's not working on me.
Meanwhile, there's still some players that hardly post at all. I was very worried about AGAR day one, and now noone special has basically done nothing today. Kison is another name we see very rarely. I think there are a few more, but these ones have really stood out to me.If you're not remembered, then you never existed.-

Ugh, it's posts like that, that make me think that TF's terrible posting is more so just bad play than scummy. TF's posting certainly isn't good, there's a chance of a scum hit, but I'm still betting higher on RC.
TF: I saw his claim as Neo, and claim for Vez kill. I also saw Zind's post about the Harry Potter mafia, and am willing to trust ABR for the time being, but I don't think it clears him 100%. No one is that cleared unless dead.If you're not remembered, then you never existed.-

@ML: I think Llama was trying to derail the RC wagon, instead of "making a competitive wagon". People really are trying to avoid an RC lynch. If RC flips scum, I'd think llama would be scum. The reason why it seemed desperate was because Llama tried pushing for DN before claiming the track. It was also odd because he never even addressed DN the whole DaY. I have seen him as cop before and that wasn't the usual play.
Yos seemed to be fine with possibly going with Llama's plan, without questioning it first. I don't see much townieness from Yos, but neither do I see scumminess. He's null to me. He hasn't really commented much on others I think. I will look at that post and the first 5-10 pages again to make sure.
Also I have a town read on you. I don't get why people tried to wagon you.
And you make a good point about TF.-

We've survived by hiding from them, by running from them. But they are the gatekeepers. They are guarding all the doors, they are holding all the keys. Which means that sooner or later, someone is going to have to fight them. - Morpheus

By the way, the 100% has nothing to do with DN (unless its chances of me not using any power role on him). Its that I got that thing about Kison which really has made me take a different approach to today then I wanted to.
Could have sworn I did this though already

Ran 1593- It wouldn't really be rolefishing, as no one would counter someone saying they got a guilty/tracked (or however Llama worded it). Llama could have been a tracker or a cop. However, I will stipulate that investigative roles may have reacted differently than a non investigative role, but good luck separating the two.
Lain 1607- All the scummy things I did was.... actively lurking. Anything else is crap reasoning (the hammer for example). But still, Actively lurking the way I did hurts town, and it would hurt scum if I'm scum. So, by posting content, it doesn't negate what I did, but it goes from null, to null and posting content. Why not vote someone who continues to lurk or someone who is scummy?
TF 1608- No. He claimed a kill on a townie. He claimed a main character (which could easily be a fakeclaim to help an underpowered team/sk or is real claim of scum). That's all nonsense in trusting him.
Also, quick reference slot as Death instead of DN.

I don't even know what you're trying to say here at all.
But, ok. "Post 1381 and everything in the first 5-10 pages of the day is not scummy". There, I told you.

Llama already admitted that his "guilty on Deathnote" was just a stupid gambit, just something he made up to get reactions. Are you reading the thread?

No, it doesn't. Not at all.
If you're trying to get a townie lynched to take pressure of their scum partner, you do so by making an argument against them, putting a vote on them you can justify later, trying to actually convince other people to join you, and basically covering your ass so when the person you're trying to mislynch flips town you have good excuses for why you voted them.
You don't make an obviously non-serious vote for no reason on a medium sized bandwagon, leave it on for a while, get some reactions, and then take it off again, if you are a scum who's seriously trying to mislynch a townie or trying to change the momentum of the game. That makes absolutely zero sense. You and Zinderas's whole "Albert was scum who was trying to get ML mislynched with that vote" theory made no sense at all, and you guys both kept ignoring that no matter how many times I pointed it out.

what?
I didn't vote for Death Note, i didn't go "along with his plan", and I was pretty much the only one to really question him on it. If he was seriously going to stick to the cop claim, we were going to have to lynch Death Note, but I wanted to make damn sure first that he wasn't trying to screw with us; and I was right, he was.
