Sort of pre-game here and it is going to be mechanics talk. Try not to judge scumminess based on that cause logical about mechanics =/= town, nor is the reverse true. If I spot something scummy, I'll comment on it ..

My reads there were based on vibe:
SpyreX: Read a bit of initial Defcon 2.0 - early posting this game seems to be forced as opposed to posting in that.
Magua: Vibe vis-a-vis MetaMafia. There it was trying to figure out things - here, it gives me the vibe of trying to appear town.
Vi, gorilla - Just the posting vibes - not in relation to any meta

Your post shows you're at least thinking about breaking the game - townish, there's then the fact you as scum would have to come up with some sort of legit sounding gamebreaking plan, I just don't see Minascum opening like that. I also tend to notice in your town games you like to talk/think about the mechanics to some degree, you did in metamafia and of gods and men too, I think as scum you'd probably be less interested in discussing that.

I'm willing to give you gorilla and Pooky (and maybe Toasty; he fell someplace) but SpyreX and Magua, no. Magua definitely talked about mechanics but he basically ran the show about it. SpyreX I'm willing to put a hold on; I don't think I've ever actually played with SpyreX-scum, and apparently from the last game I played with him it's not as easy as "lynch if no hyperbole".

1. It's actually the best course of action. Town doesn't need it, and there's no sense in keeping it from scum because they'll get found out in due time if they take it. Understandably this will stop scum from taking Counterintelligence, but that just means we don't have to worry about it.
2. I've seen ooba as scum as many times as you have.
With that said, how would you have such a read on ooba's Town meta if you've never seen him as scum?

I can't be 100% sure already of what hez's alignment is, but I'm sure that with that playstyle, hez is not going to be catching scum during the day, but rather throwing everyone else off. Except in that if you DO NOT WANT A NUKE AT ALL then its better to have THOSE PEOPLE prying coveted powers from the hands of scum (for whom they ARE useful).

Ehh. OTOH I'd accept your POV IF and only IF we tell town that taking these pro-scum powers from scum is a scumclaim in and of itself, and accept no WIFOM from it. But that seems to give scummz a free pass to all try for the sub and take their scum powahs at 2nd choice. Ideally, we'll stop scum getting their second, third, or fourth powers, and push them all the way to the real crap.

I was only trying to tell Fate and Magua to stop their lynch trading Bullshit, and work together on lynching the real scum. For example, the ones they listed.

Magua is town, and so is Fate. All I was asking was for them to stop their town on town crap.
