That whole attack on me thing. With undead being on the side of the sorcerors I fail to see how any of the scum would have an attack that couldn't target undead.
It proves nothing about me to be fair, due to the mass redirect, but Beefster's reactions and comments at the time feel genuine and I think pretty much confirm him.

I can understand Beefster's thinking there. He's wrong, but I can understand it. He's gotten it into his head that Bunnylover and AGOG are a binary town/scum pair because of the roleblock thing. But SnowBunny's correction shows that they're not. I wouldn't go as far as to say that it confirms them both (Bunnylover and AGOG), not without a lot of thought anyway, but it does also head that way.

Let me quote again:

When a player has an ability blocked or when an ability is prevented,

it will know that its ability failed

and the ability won't be used.

If Bunnylover was roleblocked, they would have been informed. I find it really impossible that scum Bunnylover would not only have claimed an action that was causing people to speculate incorrectly about their night actions, but would have done so if they were notified that their action failed and the ability wasn't used, which is what should have happened if the roleblock really worked.

Another thing to consider is that although Chesskid3/AGOG look normal, Mana_Ku looked pretty fucking scummy to me.

To be honest, I'd like to kill Mana_Ku first, if he comes up as one of us, we can then all protect AGOG and deal with Bunnylover later.

Not sure if I should answer since it is immense rolefishing.
Like I said previously, I won't be using this randomizer ability again. I can see some situations where it would be beneficial (those situation been like a 00.01% of happening), but overall this ability does affect town more then scum (at least at the moment since I don't know what abilities scum have).
The main benefit of a randomizer would probably be that I can cause scum teams (yes assuming their are more then one) to cross kill each other, and can cause a doctor or healer spell to land on someone scum targeted by my redirection.
But I highly doubt I'll be using it.

I think that if bunnylover and AGOG/ManaKu are different alignments due to overall inconsistency. It would be better to keep a masonry intact (if it IS a masonry), so lynch bunny, wait for the flip, and nightkill AGOG/ManaKu if bunny flips pro-town.

It only seems to apply to name claims. I've told plenty of details about my role and haven't died. Claiming "undead" shouldn't kill you. Claiming "Wight" should, though.

So, there is some life yet in this game. The weekend was so dead I feared the worst.

I see there has been quite a bit of discussion about action claims and game mechanics. My take is that Gaggle probably told the truth about attempting to roleblock Bunnylover, who in turn probably told the truth about the mass redirect. The timing of the mod correction to the rules and the implication that we were drawing the wrong conclusion because of the error is too strong to ignore.

Now with WrathChild and SnakePlissken both claiming to have received late notices of having been roleblocked, I really don't know what to think. One looked like it might've been a poor excuse, but two?

This of course does not confirm the alignments of anyone involved, though it gives strong reason to believe the action claims. In particular, there is something decidedly odd about Bunnylover.

Also, you've repeatedly said the mass redirect won't happen again. This implies you have control over it... and yet, you said that the spell was random. How can you guarantee it won't happen again if it is random?

@Feysal: I believed CMAR was scum. Even if everyone thinks someone is town, doesn't mean they are town. You should know this from King of the Swords or Clash of the Swords (whatever) where Hasdgfas was "called town by almost everyone" and won the game for his scum team.

Anyways you bring up a good point in the RB. I'm beginning to think that they didn't come out till after they saw a side been drawn. What I mean is that they wouldn't have claim RB if they could attempt to lynch me, but as was shown in the thread more people were cautious and favored me. So therefore they claimed their RB in an attempt to cast suspicion on Mangu_Ku and A gaggle of geese.
But all of that is just a theory :<.
