I hate having to do this. I have given multiple warnings, privately and publicly, but they have either gone unheeded or the recipients have attempted to circumvent or test them. I have been more than patient, and I would prefer to replace out but because I simply cannot get replacements I have little choice (or further patience) but to do this. In this rule, the bolded section is what pushed me over the edge. Despite xRECKONERx instigating more flaming overall (against Mist), he has made a visible effort to restrain himself. DeityKabuto has continued to toe the line between innocence and trolling - its continued disruption of order (and veiled attempt to provoke Reck into getting modkilled) has tried my patience enough that I felt this was necessary to continue the game running smoothly.

What you choose to do with your vote is up to you- I mean it was yesterday so this seems a little late/unnecessary and for that I am sorry.
