I don't get that. Is a delayed ability guaranteed to not appear on D3, but only on D4?

Because an ability has been advertised for D2, that means #1 on the list (bulletproof) is delayed till Day 3. When we lynch someone, that will make #2 on the list be delayed until Day 3. If there is a night kill, then #3 on my list will be delayed until Day 3 as well. If there are 2 NK's, then that means all 4 abilities will be delayed until D3. I have been told that it is guaranteed that any ability that is delayed will occur the next day.

Magua has $100. He sends a PM that includes “Maximum Bid: Extra Vote x 2, $50”. This costs Magua $1 immediately. Magua is now the highest bidder for "Extra Vote x 2", with a current bid of $10 (the minimum amount required to win). He has $99, but $50 of that is in escrow in case he wins the auction -- he really can only spend $49.

Faraday has $100. He sends a PM that includes “Maximum Bid: Extra Vote x 2, $40.” This costs Faraday $1 immediately. Magua remains the highest bidder, with a current bid of $40

(Magua’s bid was earlier than Faraday’s; if it had not been, Magua would be the highest bidder with a current bid of $41)

If you apply this to the situation that happened previously, it completely backs up what I am saying. Hiphop's max bid was ALREADY set higher than my max bid of $190. Since he bid that amount first, that is why he is the high bidder @ $190.

Before I understood the rules completely, when I saw that the high bid (which was not mine) was $190, I figured I must have bid $189. Afterwards, when I looked back through my inbox to give my step-by-step bid process, I realized that I bid $190. Which, at the time, made no sense to me. As I stated, I was unaware of Hiphop bidding on NK as well. I thought that NK was likely to be bid on by scum, and I wanted to keep it away from them. I figured, as I had invested money, that I may have had enough to win it outright, if not I would at least drive the price up on the scum.

Had I won it, I would have claimed it in thread, and used it as a de-facto 2nd lynch (voting on who I used it on).

Alright, since your CD matured 8 hours into day 2, you invested $50 8 hours into day 1. In addition, you placed a $29 bid on Oracle. Since that money is in escrow until you win the auction, you have $20 after this until you win Oracle, when you get back $9. This leaves you $29. How exactly did you bid for either of those, since both had a minimum bid of $50?

The above list was not a sequential, play by play, of my activities. More like simple bullet points. I went for cop and NK first. When the bids skyrocketed for them, I gave up and went with just the one, oracle. After that business, I invested money to have today, with hopes of getting NK.

I brought up my feelings on the lack of an SK twice, because it was brought up twice. I feel that an SK is unlikely due to the setup. An SK has an adherent disadvantage from the get go. He can't die and win (as town/scum can). He has to kill EVERYONE else. To offset that disadvantage, he gets unlimited NK's. If he has to bid every day for a NK, then his chances of winning become almost none (IMO).

Why did I bid on Cop and PT? Because, regardless of what you all think of me and my aptitude for mafia, I want to win the game. I am an Entrepreneur, and I want to catch some scum.
