Realistically I see no point in lynching Thor JUST because he's the Serial Killer, why not let scum deal with him? He's a threat to them too since he just wants to kill everyone. I mean I am all for him helping us and if something doesn't go exactly how it should we immediately lynch him. At least he's out in the open we can lynch him at any time.

The funny thing about Hydras is, that sometimes, we communicate so well that we forget and miscommunicate key details. Heh, imagine that. Our QT last night essentially went:
ME: "...Alright. I'm clueless as to who to kill. *some talk about suspects* chkballin, maybe?"
Redhead: *some more talk about suspects* "I say we kill chkballin."
ME: "Alright, chkballin it is!"
Then, morning came with no bodies. I immediately posted, "we shot chk[ballin]".
And then I thought, "...but why didn't he die?"
So, I run off to our QT, and ask the dreaded question. "...You DID submit the chkballin kill, right?"
"I thought you did!"
"But I tho--ooooooh, boy..."

You see, the funny thing about conversations like that. You both tend to get the impression that you're reading the mind of your partner better than you apparently actually can, hah. We had mutually assumed that the other had done the deed. As it turns out, we apparently were, well, assuming a little too much. So, uh...yeah. We didn't shoot chkballin last night. We shot nobody last night. (Oops? Heh, heh.) Imagine that. You gotta love the little fine details of playing a hydra with killing power... [/hilariously sad backpedaling]

I honestly don't see how that makes chkballin confirmed town. Having a one shot NKer around can be helpful to scum if it misses and at any point chkballin can push for Thor's lynch or kill him themselves. I don't see how them not being on his lynch wagon confirms them.

Because a wagon on a SK is not a wagon on scum and is therefore a good wagon for scum, especially since it's a wagon they can hop on without having to worry about looking bad on.
Then again, obv BS claim was obv BS.

I don't think NS is soooooooooooo obvscum as Reckoner seems to see it. Granted his claimed role is not our first cop claim, but eventually if he's scum he's either going to have to produce a fake result or confirm too many people (or claim roleblocked a few thousand times) all this to say, he's going to out himself as scum, especially if the RB effectively caught scum/if the doc can protect who NS claims to have innos on/if the JK can do either.

@Pere - sigh what? I'm not being lynched, I provided interesting results for town to look at, I informed town of an existant RBer type role, and I've killed scum. Last I checked I was on cruise control for awesome.

@Reck - why is Pally not raising your ire while NS is? Pally's play seems at *least* as derptastic.

Now that Pally is admiting to lack of a kill attempt (fail!) it's looking more and more to me like a RBer ought to be pretty close to having pegged scum. Lack of RB claim increases chance of RB=scum which increases chance of NS=scum. Anyone?
My big issue with NS=scum however is his initial investigate list from day before last. He listed *both* flipped goons there. Now, yeah, if he was scum he'd want at least one goon on there for bus options, but both? Plus the one he investigated was the one who *didn't* end up dead? When he could have easily sold out the dead one? I dunno, I'm not feeling that right now. If he's scum he has to be WTFOMGLOL scum as far as bussing goes - and I'm an aggressive busser myself and even I'm squinting at this one. I don't think he's a smart lynch today.

@Pere - I chose JDGA off gut and wagon analysis of the DK wagon - he was the suspect vote on the late comers on and I thought he was also lurky enough to be suspect (this is probably the gut) and I also didn't think it'd be easy to lead a wagon on him the next day.

@Reck - I certainly agree that NS investigating Pally was weaksauce. What do you think of him listing two goons on his four man 'to be investigated' list? That seems...odd, if he's scum.

You do realize that with just ONE scum in 'confirmed town status', scum can win a game, right?

It gets to lylo, the "confirmed cop" is left alive (despite bussing all his scumbuddies), and it's lights out for us.

Bussing a goon or two is nothing compared to complete and total confirmed town status.

Just wait -- tomorrow's result from him will be just as messy/iffy.
