I think Parama's probably safe to clear; dayvig is much more powerful than a votesteal (the odds that it could be used in LyLo are incredibly slim since all the scum would have had to survive, and dayvig doesn't require getting someone to L-1 first) and giving scum an extra kill is a little much.

What you said was "

Fate is really confident of his case on Reck, so confident it must be mod confirmed. So if it turns out that Reck is not town, Fate is more likely to be scum for being that confident and being wrong.

My counter argument is "the only way for Reck's alignment to be mod confirmed to a town-Fate is if Fate is a Day Cop." Since that is obviously not the case, then Fate clearly doesn't have Reck as mod confirmed scum. Therefore you cannot base your evaluation on Fate's alignment on the outcome of the case but you should be basing it on the case itself.
