For the record: I originally had down that this game would be alignment switching; I posted about a month ago and said that I reverted it back to non-alignment switching due to ease of setup breaking.

I will be placing that in the ruleset, but I'm nipping this in the bud right now while there are signups.

Great, if none of the other players has any objections I will hydra in this game.
Though I haven't gotten any message of my hydra partner to confirm she wanted to do it, but if the game hit the 13 players before she approves I will play regardless, hydra or not.

And names and hydra account will be made known once she approves.

Also, will it be an mass-PR game or will there be VT's in it as well?
Let's say, just two standard closed setups with black and white switching.

It's up to the mod whether to WotC or not. Reck just did it for Lost, for example.

Then sure. WotC for a person: PM me a name of a person you don't want in your game at all. Once X people do it (X = number I made up that I feel is reasonable), said person will be replaced. I will notify when someone is put up for WotC.
