I'm a Vig. I can either target a person OR a location; I've been targeting people, as locations aren't guaranteed to have any effect.

Do you know how your vig ability works when you target a location? Also, why didn't you target Yos2 or LLD the following nights after failing to kill them the previous night?

I am unaware how, precisely, my night action works if I target a location. Apparently, there is a chance of killing

there, but it's apparently easier to target an individual, so I've been doing that instead.

I didn't re-target Yos because the flavor made me think that I wouldn't be able to find him no matter how hard I looked.

I switched from LLD to DGB because I got to thinking this weird thing that DGB thought I was town, so why would she block me as town? So I killed her.

Bunnylover- Reading comprehesion... I tried to kill you, but other people were scummier. That means that I've been planning on killing you, but someone else always does something scummy to be put ahead of you on my scumlist. And yes, I can target a location or person, but the chances of successfully killing someone in a building is not as high as targetting them (probably due to the visit ability). That is why I said early not to discuss what rooms people are going to for meeting. If I could target a building, cult may have a power that targets buildings as well.

ML- I'm 1/4, Town is 1/3 (removed poro for being investigated and not scumhunted). I also don't want to follow directions by scum, therefore will not be cooperative with having town decide who I kill. Also, you notice xvart's deviation in play, but what about bunnylover? He goes from lurker who doesn't participate to just about posting daily. Does that not qualify as a deviation in play?

Batt, no need to get antsy, the other vig is 0/4 together you are 1/8 which is why I made that comment. You both my turn around and shot cult tonight, in which case I would be a very happy chappy.

I haven't looked at Bunnylover to see, actually. I'll do that now. It might be likely she is a recruit too, keep in mind there are up to five potentially, and I think xvart is a very strong choice for being a recruit.

If you sheep my vote on xvart for a bit until you read up, that would be a good idea.

Mostly, if you want to catch up, you want to look at players in isolation to see if their posting style has changed over the course of the game. You could just try and scum hunt today and then look for deviations tomorrow, there are probably several scum running around, treat it like a normal game.

If 'she' = DGB, I guess she claimed it because it was true (N3, obv). If 'she'= LLD, then, I don't remember her claiming to have blocked me.

This is where I stand on xvart from his actions (nevermind that I disagree with some of the stuff he posted)

Facts:

1. Day one, came under heavy attack.
2. About Half his posts are from day one
3. Has posted the other half over the remaining four days
4. Has taken to posting larger 'catch-up' style posts in the interim

Ok. So, does that mean he's cult, or does it mean he's been busy and has been having trouble keeping up with the game? (shrug) Most people will post more when they're under attack in general.

I don't really have any problem with most of his content, and it seems like we have worse lurkers if that's the metric you're going by.

What I'm saying is that it could point to inside information, since only a Kinetic recruit could know that he failed to recruit DGB. And since I protected her, the situation you suggested is pretty plausible.

In Succession I the team I was recruited to was boned hard because of attempt to recruit someone that had already been recruited so I have experience with this particular area. When that happened I pushed for that person (Me=Weird I think) to get lynched very publicly and very openly, so the most logical conclusion (in my eyes) for a stumped recruiter to come out guns blazing like that is because they failed a recruit.

Well, your posting and behavior is what it is, and I'm glad we're not discussing that. However, I think that it is cult behavior, and you are cult. I think you would agree with me if we were discussing another player, but since its you, obviously you are going to claim you are still town

I got your vote confused with hero's (the recruited D3 or later); but posting long walls/catch up type posts is pretty much par of the course of my play in large games. Not for nothing but I just replaced out of a large game that just started because I've decided to phase out playing in large games because I simply cannot keep up with them compared to mini games.

Then, on D2 he unclaimed unrecruitable and said the moderator was ambiguous about whether or not he was actually unrecruitable. Then, he claimed a bomb like role. Then he proposed a plan that essentially directed all of our recruitment protection roles, vigs, and cops to specific targets. All of these behaviors indicate:

1. He doesn't want to be targeted by an action;
   
2. He wants people to believe he is untargetable by certain actions;
   
3. Wants to know specifically what every power role is doing in the night.

If those aren't cult motivated behaviors I don't know what is.

Kinetic wasn't the FIRST to suggest extra faction (I believe bunnylover/ML, may have said something about extra factions D1), but he was the first to say outright that there is a mafia faction (and backs that up with saying it balances the game more).
