Who came up with the idea of the Essay?

It was Quilford (Who have contributed major ideas of the essay), Leonshade (Who supported those ideas & Kiwieagle (Helped earlier as we were discussing it earlier).

Who came up with the idea with the Mish Mash Game?

Yes, I did came up with the current Mish Mash game idea. But I'd like to thank Leonshade for helping me out with the game too. I'd like to thank Kiwieagle & Quilford for contributing their ideas for games as well.

Who to blame?

Why blame, I ain't blaming anyone. As I said earlier, I'm taking responsibility for everything that has happened with diginova. I refuse to blame anyone.

Cybele would be thankfully trustworthy enough (God bless you... I don't believe in God, sorry). But yes, it did assist the team bettering the submission partially.

I contributed what I could. I handed in a photoshop image that we ended up notusing for coherency reasons, and I gave pointers on what I felt would work. Most of the major discussion happened while I wasn't online.

I am quite satisfied with our final decision. I really like the concept and I think it would work well.

I'd say the weak links were JDGA and TornadoSwirl. TornadoSwirl never showed up while JDGA showed up once, after I prodded him and essentially went "great job guys."

Personally, it's not a move I favour. There's a reason why we are allowed to speak about this in private, and that's so they don't take pieces of our ideas and fit it in with there ideas. But he did very well, and would've made a better PM for the task had he wanted it, IMO.

1. I wrote approximately three fifths of the essay as well as structuring it and building points.
2. I'm satisfied with the essay, but I didn't have a hand in anything else and consequently didn't get to see how things turned out.

• Why did you post your team's discussion in the thread, what advantage do you think this provides your team? Were you cocky that your team was going to win?

It wasn't overconfidence that inspired me to post our QT, though it would be lying to imply that I am not exceedingly proud of the work we've done these past couple days. Rather, it was a wish to get away from the underhanded dealings that were going on previously. And a bit of curiosity. I knew how our project was going. I wanted to see how the other team was doing, as well. The simplest and most straightforward gesture I could think of was to offer up ours.
The way I see it, there's no real loss in letting the competition know where you're at. It changes nothing about your end result. It can only effect their result, either by demoralizing them, or hopefully, by encouraging them to strive further. I want a real competition out of this. That's why I did what I've done, posting our QT discussion among other things.

• Are you satisfied with your team's final submission?

Certainly. The submission is nearly flawless, in my mind. We've worked tirelessly on its completion, at times going beyond what was necessary. If there are failings in its design or presentation, I do not see them. Not for want of not seeing them, mind.

• Why did you send me the final submission and not Mist7676?

Deadline was closing soon, and I didn't wish to miss it. Mist hadn't been active in awhile, so I took it upon myself to submit our finished project. Not that I want to imply that Mist was lying down on the job. No one can be online all the time. It was just precautionary.

• Who on your team were the weak links?

TornadoSwirl comes to mind. Similarly, JDGA. The first is an inexcusable flake. The second claims to have issues reaching the Quicktopic, but never mentioned any of this to us for quite a long time, nor did he contribute in other ways.

• What did you contribute to this task?

I participated fully in the discussion, building upon ideas proposed by kloud, ZazieR and ani, and proposing my own. I wrote the first draft of the Essay (Assignment #1), and worked with kloud and DonJosh to edit it down to fit guidelines. I helped to edit kloud's flavour and designs for Assignment #2. Aside from that, I helped us to stay on task, keep motivated, and prod lurkers.
I designed the banner for Team Excel's OP. I also helped to format the assignment, and discussed some adjustments in mechanics with their Project Manager Tragedy.
I had a metric fuckton of fun. I had a completely unrelated person post inflammatory material in thread in an attempt to stop certain players' attempts at subterfuge. I participated in juvenile sabotage.
I helped decide our team name, though the final suggestion that was accepted was not mine.

[1] I participated in these ways:

• I engaged in dialogue when the group was trying to decide which aspects of Mish Mash games ought to be included in the essay.
• After Cybele had drafted the essay, I tried to assist by reviewing and editing to the best of my ability.
  
• I proposed three game ideas: Spider-Man Rumble, Diva Royale, and Luigi's Mansion: King Boo's Revenge. Of these three, the last was adopted by the group for this challenge and further developed in our QT.
• Once we had all decided on King Boo's Revenge, I created the Title Graphic; wrote and revised flavour for the opening post; collected ideas within the QT to write and revise the ruleset/mechanics for the opening post; and, lastly, I created both the Character and Star Boards.

[2] Yes, I think it was definitely if not smart for Cybele to post the QT. In one sense, I suppose openly demonstrating our group's cohesion and progress to that point could have possibly frazzled the other team. Sure, it gave them an all-access pass to our plans, but it also helped set the bar (in my opinion) for this task.

[3] Yes.

[4] TornadoSwirl and JDGA contributed the least to this task. Even after prods, TornadoSwirl was a nonexistent presence in our discussions. I don't think he's even made an appearance on the site since signing up for this game, which is not very encouraging.

• Although I admit I didn't contribute as much as I would have liked, I edited a bit of the essay (kloud did most of the editing, though) and began writing the flavour. Unfortunately, things came up IRL and the flavour wasn't turning out well, so kloud ended up writing flavour. However, I was quite active and voiced my opinion on many matters.
• Very. I think it turned out amazing, and we have a good chance of winning this round.
• I'm not sure if Mist was busy or something, but she was very inactive. IMO, Cybele or kloud would have made a beter PM.
• I have no problem with the original QT, since it was a little late for them to scrap their ideas and steal ours. However, there is a link to our essay QT, which they could have easily plagarized. Overall, it was unnecessary to post the QT.

1: I wrote two thirds of the essay as well as proofreading the essay. I also contributed ideas both for games we could make for the second assignment as well as helping with the final game we sent.

3: Tragedy was active, competent and hardworking as the PM, I would have no problems with her being our PM again.

1) my presence alone exuded confidence among my team. If we're looking at practical aspects I had ideas and references to prior games. We can learn much from history. I volunteered to be PM but when I saw tragedy was better I stepped down for the good of the team. That's how much of a team player I am. Thinking of the team, not myself
