Your theory is deeply flawed, especially for this game. This game has a special mechanic and town will be better off to utilize it to its fullest ability.

Wagons are this game's best tool; we need to pressure as many peopple as possible to see who we want to put in the hot seat. We need to put scummy and hard to read players up, a mix of both, as a reading tool and a failsafe in case one of them claims something we don't want to lynch.

This stage of the game is not nearly as final as the next.

And, you don't get what I'm saying. I'm saying that your plan to create wagons on people who are new is no way a good idea, TMC's request to replace should have proved that. It's only going to cause turmoil because the average new player is sensitive to the game. If they are doing scummy, yes, vote them, but wagoning them for no reason other than reactions will just cause them to react in a way that would make them want to replace out.They're new, they are willing to cooperate, simply TALKING to them will do the trick.

I'm still unhappy about any proposed policy lynch because I've always been despondent on the possibility that it's essentially a free ride day for scum- even if you policy lynch scum day one, you're still pretty much at square one on day two. I certainly wasn't launching a full-scale attack againt newbies. By some standards, I still am one. There are plenty of newbies posting I have no interest in lynching (teamsleep for example).

Not at all. You have to actively try to twist my words to reach that conclusion, in fact, which is what you are doing.

As you JUST quoted me saying, all I was trying to say was that scummy characters like tmc should not be allowed to run about acting scummy just because they are newbies.

Exactly what I said was this, condensed: TMC is scummy as fuck. Yes, he's also new, but that is no reason to ignore his scumminess. Newer players are easier to read which is to our advantage.

You don't have to be ignorant to be new. Just the connotations of new by itself is enough to generally make people think twice though, and I've noticed it can be used pretty effectively.
