Guarded EB. Almost submitted no action, but since EB wanted same pony as me dead (Beck) figured the guard was better.

In small games it points away from it to me since the bodyguard saving town still loses town while accidently saving scum does a -2 swing for town (+1 scum, -1 town). Not impossible, but I think its a very poor modding decision, because especially with a day one scum lynch it can be disadventageous to town in the short run to have a bodyguard. Bodyguard, unlike doctor/jailkeeper do nothing to slow down pace of scum kills, just changes who dies, and in a 9:2:2 game, perfect town play with no blocked/x-kills ends in 6 or 5 (D12->N10->D9->N8->D7->N6), likely allowing at most three mislynches, more likely just two.

This post threw me off then. I have never played with a regular bodyguard just an elite. If you were elite and scum had targeted EB they would have died along with you. While if they had just targeted you, they never would have died, while you would have. As stated here. Therefore it was only logical to watch you, so that if scum thought the same thing I did, they would have been caught.

I was actually trying to make scum think I was a PGO with some of my breadcrumbs, I even threw in a refrence to PGO at one point.

Whatever. I think im being paranoid and hiphop is town anyways. I dont see anypony who is scum thinking I am an EBG and then not killing me, and it was obvious that hiphop picked up on something before the day ended. I actually thought it was PGO and that might have been why I didn't die, but maybe it could have been because EB was scum and thought that killing me would condemn him due to my soft-counter.

Actually I thought it was weird with a doctor point here, jailkeeper there, and then you said it is best that your role is not revealed, and bells went off in my head. That is when I knew that you were a bodyguard. Then I looked back at my other game where there was a bodyguard and realized he was elite. Skimmed your iso, and saw that post that I linked, and I was like WOW. I am a watcher he is an elite bodyguard, this is nice.

As I said in a previous post, I think if Rainbowdash and EB are both town then there is likely to be a day rolecop on the Mafia side.

I did not claim a power role. I attempted to draw out the rolecop to waste his investigation on me. No idea if that was successful or not.

Llamarble's reaction was interesting, though. Immediate insistence on my death followed WITHIN THREE MINUTES with some friendly advice to me as a townie. And this is a direct and provable lie:

Since he posted THIS before I made any comment about the scum being scared of an odd-night investigator.

Banshee also looks town for not having picked up on what Rainbow's role is (scum have more incentive to think about it, and would have figured it out by now).

To be fair here, I started playing again about a month ago after a two year hiatus and I have weird gaps in my site-meta knowledge. So that can't be considered a towntell for me because I probably wouldn't have remembered the role off the top of my head in the first place.

So I slept on it, and I actually think that all of the power role claims might be real. I have to go to school in like 5 minutes and there's more that I want to say along with my claim, so I'll claim once I'm back.
