Power-role wise maybe it should work something like this-
watcher -> Bodyguard -> JK -> Innocent Child

Also the 1 shot cop semi-clears themselves WHILE clearing somebody else, which is just plain more than the IC does.

WV is 90% scum but you jumping on my wagon with no reason makes me feel uneasy, and the difference between you an WV doing it is because you jumped on a town wagon with no reason, which is what scum normally do.

The 1-shot cop cannot clear themselves and the target untill they are dead, which gives only 0-1 innocent.
