The delegate from the United Kingdom would like to speak against the motion to go to caucus. I see no purpose in opening the floor for debate before the issue at hand is settled. I would also be amicable to the failure MUNSCM 002, as it is woefully incomplete and does not really aid the security council in locating the axis of evil.

POI to the united kingdom
: if you realized the flaw of the original resolution, what do you propose to fix it? As the random factor would minimize the chances of the axis of evil nuking the country targeted for inspection.

Delegate from Brazil, your question barely dignifies a response as all who have been involved in this debate are aware of what is about to be said in answer.
PolarBoy wrote:After submission of the original resolution it was realized that the axis has merely to launch a nuclear strike on the nation inspected to make the investigation worthless. It could also attack the nation receiving the report for virtually the same effect.

The next resolution was to include a plan to counteract this inevetability by randomizing the receiver of the report and sending the MABM to the nation being investigated.

It is the firm belief of this delegate that this plan, or one similar to it, would minimize the potential for failure in ascertaining the placement of unsanctioned nuclear weapons.

This section is your proposal, then? In that case, I shall drop an anvil on my head. the verb tense ("the next resolution
was
to...") a bit confusing when I last read it. Sorry.

China humbly requests diplomatic replacement in these discussions.

(OOC - I never thought I'd say this, but I need replacing. I've never asked for replacement before, but I have been avoiding this game like the plague because... as soon as the motions started, I lost interest, politics never interested me. I apologize to cuban smoker, the worthy mod, who deserves better players than I have been. I hope a good replacement is found. Apologies to everyone involved.)

Pakistan thirds that motion. We're "playing" this game now for a month, and are still establishing the mechanics.
I liked the set-up, but this pace is frustrating.
