yup, he is flying low as I said, hoping for another wagon to form, where he will slip back into the game un-noticed and vote on it.

Argh, Smear is acting crazy suspicious but he's at L-1 and I'm not comfortable enough with my read to bring down the hammer. I dunno exactly what it is; the strongest reason I have is that his behavior, while not identical to the last game I played with him, seems consistent with his personality. I don't expect that to be good enough to convince any of you, but it's the best reason I can give for not killing him here and now. ThAdmiral thinks I'm being hyper-cautious, and maybe I am, but I've seen more townies shoot themselves in the foot D1 than scum (not that I've got much experience to go on).

As for his lurking, really it seems like he's just given up on this game.

I am town, but I'd be better off gone because you guys will start focusing on real scum.

That's not a scum or town tell to me, but it explains growing reluctance to post here. But maybe he's right and we'd be better off with some flips to get some real discussion rolling.

Keeping my vote off malpascp because I agree that lurking like that is more of a null-tell; scum just like it because it's easy to talk others into it. That said I really hope he gets replaced.

VOTE: AntB He's worse than malp because he's still posting the bare minimum to not be called out for lurking and he has next to no content. He's just been riding on other's arguments against smear and his only post of notable size was when there was a case against him.

I'd say it's too suspicious to actually be scum but it's worked out rather well for him thus far.

This is an argument that gets made a lot but doesn't make any sense. You can defend yourself only and get called out for not scumhunting and being defensive, or you can defend yourself and make a case of your own and get called out for "attention shifting". It is not in and of itself a scumtell. I trust her to respond to the case against herself in due course.

I'm here and posting at least. and there's no such thing as too scummy to be scum. I haven't pulled up much on Smear because I'd just be parroting everyone elses points and bringing nothing new to the table. I'll make a large post when I feel the time is right (I hate them generally).

Speaking of firm stance, just so that everyone knows, Smear is at L-1. No, this is not a reaction-fishing post, I truly believe that the things Smear has done cannot be passed off, and I believe he has done far too many scummy things to be town. I am 100% at ease with my vote, and my justification for putting him at L-1.

I also find Smear suspicious which is 10 players out of 12.

It was an especially cold day in Icetown. For a long time, the town sat in the town square, discussing who should get the rope. Sometimes, a villager would disappear to "get cigarettes" and never return. No problem; a relative always took his place after a short time.

Actually, most of town has already agreed for a long time Smear is somehow suspicious, but nobody wanted to take the last step. Other lynch candidates were suggested, but they failed to gain traction.

"No point prolonging this", Maxous said, and lead Smear up to the gallows. A few knots later, and a dead Smear hangs at the town square. Soon, the town is sure he's actually dead, and his body is brought to the warm house for a traditional Icetown funeral.

A search of his house produces absolutely nothing. No secret meeting minutes, no badges, no keys to hidden rooms.

"Fuck."

The town goes to sleep.

Princess Kiwi already announced her departure today, she wanted to move to a bigger town with less killings. Can't blame her, I guess.

She promised to send her brother, but he never appeared. Neither did she to say her final goodbyes.

As two brave souls went to investigate, they found her room cleaned out and her belongings packed in suitcases. Everything was perfectly arranged for the next tenant. Except...

They entered the bathroom and found a horribly disfigured Princess Kiwi, lying in a pool of her own blood.

Yea, i was thinking that.. but too much WIFOM involved in this killing. I think that is what scum want, to cause confusion.

My theory... Princess was suspected by a few.. Scum kill her to confuse, she was maybe todays lynch, kill her, she flips town... no ones reads are safe and causes town confusion.
