I'm going to agree that there's got to be at least one scum on [L] train. Anxiety's the easy bet, though I've got an off feeling about charter. Putting the kist to bed, so I'll need to justify that later on, or possibly in the A.M.

He is sticking to his meta well, but he sticks to it well even as scum. I've played with him as town and as scum and honestly I can't see any difference, but I struggle to see how any of his votes or post are scum motivated, so right now he is sitting neutral.

It's hard to get a read on anybody in this game because everyone is so vague with their cases. All these one lined declaration of who is scum and votes to boot really make it a struggle to read anyway.

We need some reasons to follow this amazing proclomations that every one has been having.

Why is Fenix scum?

Same reasons as yesterday. His vig claim wasn't town. He didn't do it to start discussion or anything (as evidenced by him not following up on anything anyone said about it), he just did it to do it.

I haven't had the opportunity to put together a VCA, but my gut impressions after going through the ISOs are that if we've got three scum, we'll find them among 4nxi3ty, Charter, and Internet Stranger, with Fenix as something of an outlier.

on that note, @chkflip: you indicated earlier that you were getting a newbtell read on Fenix for the messy fakeclaim. It's meta, but a search of his posts on the site showed that he claims to have at least 10 games under his belt using other accounts.

What im mostly failing to understand about Simo is that he was criticize the [L] wagon for having scum in. Most specifically he named:

Thats 3 of 4 of his suspects sitting on the wagon he wasnt particularly fond of, so naturally the right solution is to jump on it with two from his suspect list sitting on it? Scum also dont have the balls to pound two at a time on an early wagon. Normally the Day 1 wagon shines the brightest because most of the people on it end up dead and youll get singled out quickly. So scum always have an off-wagon to jump to.

It was between wasabi and maxous, and maxous is dead, so Wasabi makes sense. Especially with Simo making declarations and wasabi bailing from [L]. The last scum is sitting on anxiety wagon. Im calling it Nanook.

It all fits in if Simo is playing the vocal scumbag:

Simo pulls some distancing by argument on Nanook. Simo knew his vote on Nanook was weaksauce, but it sure looks good for them to be arguing, doesnt it?
Voting shenanigans on Nanook further cements the issue.
Calling out the [L] wagon, he puts in one of the scum and mixes him in with a bunch of townies (Wasabi)
Nanook carefully and completely avoids the [L] wagon. (further distancing)
Once Wasabi if off the wagon, some obfuscation later and Simo jumps back on it. Still leaving only one scum on the wagon.
Wasabi and Nanook dont interact and join different wagons to spread out even further.

It all seems to fit very nicely. Im going to go ahead with a scumteam of Simo, Nanook and Wasabi.

I thought it was interesting how RiceBallTail was really gunning for Internet Stranger. I thought this might have been scummy... but after a closer look, though, I've come up empty-handed. RBT's now feeling confident that I.S. is town.

As for me, I still think that Internet Stranger feels somewhat scummy - I see a lot of subtle implications of other people's scumminess, but very few times where it's been backed with a vote. I don't have much experience with his playstyle yet though...

I'm pretty sure that we're not going to have both of the fakeclaimers be town, or both scum. I've left Nanook alone because he seems to agree - a lot of his suspicions on Day 1 were directed at both Fenix and Anxiety. I just happen to think that Anxiety responded (at least to my prodding) in a hostile enough fashion that he's ringing the scum-bells.

Further to that point - I had it utterly wrong for IS's ISO in this game - he's been entirely consistent with putting his votes where he claims his suspicions lie.

@ El simo - First I'm scum because I removed a vote and placed it on IS as a gentle poke. Then I'm scum because I took the 'easy' road yesterday by voting for Anxiety instead of L. You make the statement that L and I are scum, L obviously is not.
