I'm gonna second this. It's an easy read, it really shouldn't take two days. Then on top of that I don't like this deflection onto Sera, who I'm gonna continue saying is town based on the Miller-wording thing.

Also, what makes you think its a deflection? I think Seraphim is town too, but that doesn't change the fact that switching a vote multiple times--only one of which was explained (poorly, however) is still suspect.

Hiraki is either scum looking for scumreads and can't find them, or town who isn't paying attention to this game
Hiraki's stance on WrathChild implicates both of them. WrathChild, however, has a much more active stance on Hiraki. This suggests that Hiraki manipulating WrathChild's situation to garner more votes on him.
At the same time, Wrath being right about Hiraki will make him look much better.
