Wasabi is out there desperately looking for someone to lynch and is testing out different leads to see which bandwagon is going to stick. He is hoping that the Anxiety wagon with Nanook gains steam.

Simo is trying to cover up by continuing to go after Nanook.

Nanook is trying to go for the most likely lynch and is probably annoyed that Wasabi is clinging onto his wagon like that.

Well, I'll confess: I'm inclined to take out one (or possibly both) of the fakeclaimers. Though both say they did it to foster discussion, I don't really see how it really got the ball rolling on any *useful* discussion. Of the two, I'm really picking 4nxi3ty because he's not Fenix, who I feel is making a more genuine attempt at scumhunting (including his misguided suspicions of me).

Why are you just now inclined to vote them? It happened a while ago, but you haven't said anything about it until now.

Your case on me is also mistaken.

My statement that scum would be in that list was based on the assumption that L was town. Clearly, I changed my mind about L so naturally my previously made list would be no longer valid.

I was also never suspicious of Anxiety, so it was 2 out of the 4, not 3 like you suggested.

I was also suspicious of Nanook way before either of those, so it would have actually been 2 out of 5. That's almost half the town.

Now when I listed those four it was on the assumption that 1 of them would be scum, so the other 3 would be cleared.

So naturally, if 2 players from my previous, now invalidated list, are on the wagon for my #1 suspect, it isn't going to bother me none.

Well, it's not like I've been posting much in the interim. Earlier on, I was waiting to see how the fakeclaim weirdness got resolved, and I just don't see how we can be comfortable with what came of it. Can't lynch them both, so I had to pick one...

The 'fakeclaim weirdness' was resolved a while ago, it doesn't answer why now, day two, you have interest in discussing it, but day one, you did not. That's what I'm trying to find out.

I'm seeing more of a RBT/IS scumteam. They've been distancing each other since the start of the game without pushing a good case (RBT's useless one-liners hardly constitutes a solid case). IS is now ignoring RBT as if (s)he doesn't exist.

I want to make this clear, RBT isn't scummy because (s)he's lurking, (s)he's scummy because (s)he's trying to get away with fluff posting while still looking like an active participant in this game. Every time we bring it up (s)he deflects it or ignores it. Charter has started posting content more, this is good, why he's suddenly so aggressive is beyond me, but I prefer this to nearly forgetting he exists. His recent posts are reminiscent of a POed townie, and I feel comfortable enough with this conclusion to stop tunneling him.

My fakeclaim was very clear and deliberate. It sparked discussion, and then I withdrew it. Anxiety fakeclaimed a jester-vig and just confused the hell out of all of us. There's a huge difference between the two, even if you dislike them both.

@Fenix: I ignore it every game, because nobody bothers to listen when I explain it. My style of writing in extremely concise terms is still very readable, just not expanded with the detail that many prefer.
