*deep breath*
Vote yay Proposition C1
Vote nay Proposition C2(I like to be able to abstain on propositions I'm not sure about.)
Vote yay Proposition C3
Vote yay Proposition C4
Vote nay Proposition C5
Vote nay Proposition C6
Vote nay Proposition C7
Vote yay Proposition C8
Vote nay Proposition C9unless you can define "good standing"
Vote nay Proposition C10(people should be able to join whenever they want)
I do not vote to make B4 immutable. In fact, what is the point of this rule? Why can't you just vote nay?
Vote yay Proposition C11
Vote yay Proposition C12
Vote nay Proposition C13(I'm not sure about this one. I think there's just too much voting needed.)
Vote yay Proposition C14
Vote yay Proposition C15
Vote yay Proposition C16(Although the actual player's name should be in there somewhere. Or maybe a name change can be a shop item?)-

Vote yay Proposition C17
Vote yay Proposition C18(Although I don't see why anyone would buy one of these.)
Vote yay Proposition C19
Vote yay Proposition B1
Vote yay Proposition C21
Vote yay Proposition C22
Vote nay Package 1(I like the auction, but I don't want game elements to give extra voting power. That's like, non-democratic, and stuff.)
Vote nay Proposition C28, unless you make it possible to opt-out of being a parliament member.
Vote nay Proposition C29because it's meaningless.
Vote nay on B4 becoming immutable. The rules don't say anything about explicit nay votes on mutability changes (meta-mutability?), but I'll put one in just in case.
Proposition C31: A voter may abstain on a Proposition vote by posting "Abstain Proposition [letter][number]". This has no effect on whether that Proposition passes or fails, but counts as a vote for the purposes of Rules B5, C2 and C15.

Votes:
C20 - Yea
C21 - Nay (made redundant by C32)
Package 2 - Yea (just to be different)
C32 - Nay (to prevent posts like "Proposition blah is obviously going to pass, but I'm voting Nay to stop the creator from getting coins")
C33 - Yea
C34 - Yea
C35 - Nay
C36 - Nay
C37 - Yea
C38 - Nay
C39 - Yea (perfect information is still conserved since you can just look through the thread if you really care)
B3 - Yea
B4 - Nay (I think it's better to be explicit here)
B5 - Yea
A1 - Yea
Package 3 - Nay* (rules which can never be mutable are bad)
C40 - Nay
Package 4 - Yea
C50 - Yea
C51 - Nay
C52 - Yea
C53 - Nay (I'm fine with the idea, but an edit to an existing post is easy to make without anyone noticing.)
I think that's everything, but just in case, vote Nay to anything I missed.-

Indeed, but I'd still prefer an explicit "In post 255, Packbat wrote:C53 - Nay (I'm fine with the idea, but an edit to an existing post is easy to make without anyone noticing.)
Noticing immediately, perhaps - but that's why votes prior to the edit don't count and why the deadline is recalculated.Change proposition blah to:" because it's too easy for the mods to miss an edit causing massive confusion.
In fact, worse case scenario (which is unlikely but still pretty bad):
Player X makes Proposition Cn which is totally agreeable.
Moderator notices Proposition Cn and adds it to the big table of propositions.
Before anybody votes on Cn, Player X edits it to "If this passes, Player X wins".
Before the moderator logs on again, everyone votes Yea on Cn thinking it's the totally agreeable version in the outdated table.
Player X wins.-

Proposition C55: A Proposition may list one or more propositions or packages (which are currently being voted on) as prerequisites. If one a proposition's prerequisites fails, the proposition immediately fails and is deleted. If a proposition passes before one of its prerequisites passes, it will not be implemented until all of its prerequisites have passed.

Yea C62
Abstain on anything I haven't voted on
Currently the rules give no way for a player to remove himself from the player list, so for NS' sake:
Proposition C63: A player may leave the game by posting "/out" in bold. The player is then removed from the player list. Any votes made by the leaving player are removed. Propositions made by the leaving player which are still being voted on arenotremoved.

Finally
Nay A9 mutability. I'd rather edit A10 to say "other rules may make the requirements for passing more strict (but not less strict)".
Also:
Proposition C67: Any proposition designed to target a single player will automatically fail if the player it targets votes Nay on it. Disputes about whether a proposition was designed to target a single player shall be resolved by Judgement.
