Sigh. I asked RAY if he was notified that HE was roleblocked. No where did I ask Ray if Spyrex was roleblocked.

Spyrex, can you please refrain from the subject until Ray answers me? Please feel free to discuss other things though. In fact, it will help my cause. Here's someething to talk about.

From Spyrex PoV:

WrathChild
RayFrost
kuribo

2 of these 3 are scum.

That wasn't about you chuckles. That was Ray's new "ohhhh Sera was a blocked hide" business.

Still doesn't change not voting for me over kdowns AND trying to even pretend to explain SpyreX UN Kdowns scum versus SpyreX and Sera scum.

I know exactly what that was referring to, now drop it like I asked you too. I GET IT. SO DO YOU.

Kdowns is scummy as fuck. Sorry, I went after him first. His scumminess brought my concerns of your honesty to the forefront of discussion.

Kdub uses NAR. This shows the hider coming before a roleblocker in the order of resolution, but the golden rule would have a roleblock
modifying
your hide action (and the hider in question here is actually commuter which is a different role entirely... >.>). To quote a bit - "As a general rule of thumb, actions which players
choose to use can be roleblocked
, and actions which don't involve player choice can't be roleblocked."

So you'd be roleblocked just as easily as I would be.

If you were just passively forced to hide, that'd be a different matter.

raise your hand if you think that sounds like smug-ass scummy rules lawyering

"While Hiding, the Hider itself is considered an ineligible target for actions - all actions that target the Hider specifically will fail. This applies even to otherwise "piercing" abilities like Strongman kills."

My rules lawyering is better than yours. So are you going to confess to being scummy scum or just plain wrong? Yes I had never heard of this role until Spyrex claimed it, so I read it VERY carefully.

Anyways, where I was going with the whole notification thing was that from "Ray's Epiphany":

In post 1742, RayFrost wrote:The epiphany isn't too amazing, but holy fuck.

Spyrex is definitively town. He's been consistent across his posting. I tried to read through and understand a possibility of him being scum but there just isn't.

I got roleblocked last night, I know this to be true as fate is dead and I live.

This makes it
easily possible
for spyrex to be town and have been roleblocked on one/both the nights he actioned. It's likely that fate protected one of the night kills (likely kdowns from what spyrex pointed out).

Now, stay with me here. The scum is seraphim. I know we pulled away from this, but it's truth. Seraphim and wrathchild. They've been consistently hand holding each other through this game. Seraphim claimed miller with "special wordingz" which wrathchild went WINKWINK SIMILAR WARDINGZ BROHAMS all over. He's been constantly propping this up and seraphim has been lurking to eternity just to avoid having to do anything: he's letting us self-destruct while wrath tries to create as few connections to him as possible.

Let's analyze wrathchild here: as spyrex/kuribo have said, what he's going for doesn't make sense. He presents a big old line of "reasoning" which shows spyrex scum and then goes for kdowns instead. He says "unvote me if you don't want to lose" - a pitiful attempt to appeal to emotion and nonsensical considering spyrex should be scum from his logic.

He's said seraphim is town all game based off of one thing: LOL THE WORDINGZ MAYNE THEY SO SIMILAR TO MAH OWN STUFFZ. Nevermind the fact seraphim has done jack shit to look town all game and has been resting on his laurels with that miller claim since essentially day one.

He's also claimed role stopper which is all well and dandy, but I have a feeling the truth is there in the lie: roleblocker. We have our sum ladies and gentlemen.

He was making his case assuming Spyrex was roleblocked. Spyrex never mentioned any such thing, so if Ray said he was notified, he was OBVScum, but certain people ruined that gambit.

Now going back to his "Epiphany", it looks like he is trying to create about confirmed towns, while still trusting Spyrex. Really today has made me feel more and more suspicious on Ray. All of his accusations seem totally failcakes to me. Just like Spyrex's. I've bared witness to logic-fail over and over in the last couple days from several different people. It doesn't make any of this easier.

The bottom line is that Spyrex is lying or he's not. I'm torn on Spyrex because his shitty pushes on me are shitty, just like Ray's, but the whole, he would have claimed something other than hider thing really leans me towards that he is town. Kdowns is probably just a village idiot and I'm willing to accept that. I don't know what Sera's excuse is, but Sera, Kdowns and Spyrex can't all be scum, but they can all be town.

I've got to trust Spyrex here. I've been back and forth about it a lot (Obviously), while I may not agree with his play, the dots line up. I'm about to vote Ray after a few quick ISO read throughs.
