Vote NAY on Proposition C33

I like fractions better. :D

Strongly opinionated or barely invested, but a constant

also, two things

a) it would appear that the parliament legislation's going to pass. rest assured, mods, i have software that can handle the meek method (and tbh me wanting to use it seriously was one of my primary motivations) so uh yeah once voting's closed i can do that
b)
Change my name in the OP to:

Proposition C35:
Coins may be exchanged for points (but not vice versa) at a 1:1 exchange rate.
Proposition B2:
Rule B1 will be edited as such:
Before -

B1) To propose a rule, at nay time, a player must post the rule in the following format:

Proposition [letter][#]: Rule

Where [letter] is the letter it will go under, and # is the number of propositions that have been made by that number. The first A proposition is A1, the second, A2, etc. If the required % of votes (see A10 and B6) agree with the proposition, then it immediately becomes a new rule under the letter proposed, and under the first available integer number unless specified otherwise.

After -

B1) To propose a rule-change, at any time, a player must post the rule in the following format:

Proposition [letter][#]: Rule

Where [letter] is the letter it will go under, and # is the number of propositions that have been made by that number. The first A proposition is A1, the second, A2, etc. If the required % of votes (see A10 and B6) agree with the proposition, then it immediately becomes a new rule under the letter proposed, and under the first available integer number unless specified otherwise.

Proposition B3: Repeal Rule B3

The rule is entirely redundant, thanks to rule A16.

Proposition B4: Repeal Rule B5

Namely so that Rule C10 can take over and allow the game to still move at a reasonable pace even if someone flakes.

Vote to make Rule A12 mutable

'cause it has to go sooner or later.

NAY to C35, B2
YAY to B3
NAY to B4
(I would probably vote yay on this if it was linked to a proposition shifting C10 to B-status at the same time)
YAY to A12

The B proposition to make B4 immutable is now named B1. Thus, B1 is now B2, B2 is named B3, B3 is now B4, and the newer B4 is now B5 to prevent confusion. When proposing in the B's, please start with the first number, and slowly work forward from there. That leads me to:

Proposition B6 (New Rule):
To upgrade a C rule to a B rule, the rule must require at least 65% in favor of it within a reasonable time limit not exceeding seventy-two (72) hours. To upgrade a B rule to an A rule, it must require 100% in favor within a reasonable time limit not exceeding ninety-six (96) hours.

Proposition B7:
If Proposition B6 passes, it shall be in two parts. Part a is the explanation of the rule, and part b is the fact that it cannot be mutable.

Give me a minute to look over the propositions, and vote accordingly. And then I'm gonna update. I'm going to try something different, though, as tables are a nuisance.

You're welcome, Drench!

If I should explain myself about Proposition B2, part of it is fixing a typo, the other part is making it clear that it applies to edits and repeals as well. I originally thought that we had to make new rules to edit and repeal, so I thought I'd make sure it was obvious.

There's no establishment to do so in the rules that I can find. I'll just wait for the abstention rule to pass and abstain.
