I was in a hydra with C-Worl that game. Name was C-Tree. Pay attention. If you'd been looking at the game with any context, you'd have figured that out right away. Instead, you looked only at an ISO and made no attempt to understand, merely desiring to use it to prop up a decision you'd already made.

I have always in the past had difficulty reading DGB. This time, however, I picked up on her scumminess right away. So where's the disconnect?

And what kind of failure to react "appropriately" to her fakeclaim did I make? I'm well aware that she sometimes gambits as Town, but I don't see that as what's going on here. Her whole interaction with Rhinox seems artificial, and the Mason fakeclaim was a genuine attempt to bail out a drowning scumbuddy. When it was revealed as deception, she tried to laugh it off with another gambit, relying on her meta of gambits to shield her.

Not this time.

Pine, I looked at the player list, I didn't see your name, so I assumed that you'd replaced in and the mod didn't update the list, so I iso'd you and saw 17 posts. I really didn't care to look into it any further.

The disconnect is between you saying that you have a hard time reading DGB indicates that you've played with her a lot and your reaction to the mason claim, which indicates that you haven't.

The problem I had with your reaction, is that someone who has played with DGB a lot or read a lot of her games probably wouldn't have immediately thought that she's scum for fake claiming masons.

All this said, I'm now pretty sure that Pine is town.

As far as the Rhinox switching with Elli thing goes: the flavor for the kill last night suggests that it's not necessarily a scum kill, so I'm not writing off the possibility that Spyrex is scum and if Elli flips scum that would go a long way to making me think that Spyrex is town. I don't think that there is a an obviously better chance of Rhinox flipping scum than Elli.

Pine, you are the worst at this. There's no way she ever intended that to be serious. Even I know that. And I'm paranoid as hell about everyone ever.

Also really ironic since you two were so buddy-buddy about wanting me out of the game because of my potty-mouth and misuse of quote tags.

And even more ironic since spring said that the exchange with me made SV look more town.

So what made him look less town? Voting you?

If anyone's up in the air about Rhinox or Elli being scum, and can't decide which, they should probably just let Elli's organs get harvested since a scum flip there would help some insight toward SpyreX.

Agreed. If Ellibereth flips scum, it pretty much clears Spyrex, barring bus driver or other funky mechanics. If Elli flips Town, eh. No big loss, null in regards to Spyrex.

I don't usually fire up the scumputer until Day 3!

This is what the scumputer look likes:

Consider: there's only scum vs Town, so we can rule out SK or multiple scum teams. Scum doesn't kill scum, not even for WIFOM. Ergo, if Elli flips scum, Spyrex is confirmed, barring redirection mechanics.

And Ellibereth has done jack this game, Fate. You aren't being objective.
