TOWN:
Llamarble
Ghostlin
Glowball

Probtown:
KK

Leaning town:
Amrun - rethinking a read (especially from scum to town on a townie) is a towntell.
Lewarcher - I read through several times as town and nothing blared wut at me. Reading through as scum I kept getting hooked on things like "He is thinking about 2 possibilities then decides on one of them soon thereafter while not under pressure -> is solving puzzle -> is town" or "feel free to meta me" (sounds 'I've-got-nothing-to-hide-ish) or 'kick VI's ass for lynching me' (this variant of you'll be sorry sounds kinda townish), etc. I JUST WANT HIM TO SCUMHUNT SOMETHING.

Iffy:
CES - he has a couple of decent early posts, but mostly is just watching. I could see faking governor from either angle.

Scum:
DDDP - Scumterse except for setup talk and fencesitty commentary on me / Quilford. Not enough puzzling the game out. Also 414 scumlink to Quilford wheee.
Jason - II had town on him early but I was totally wrong. 135, 161, the quote striping post is just amazing and the glowball vote is :terrible:
Would Jason make that level of wall as scum / town?

By the way those are all deepreads (full ISO multiple times from different perspectives and looking into individual interesting things, etc).

This is so much bullshit I'm going to stop here and calm myself with visions of you being lynched.

This is a townish breed of frustration though, and he's been pretty assertive by and large.

Roxi the Voting Puppy interrupted my reading, which annoys me greatly.
I would hope town wouldn't have done that.
Also my posts get longer when I have less time to compose them because I'm writing down some of the specifics rather than just the results. Haha.

Sotty goes in leaning town. I agree with her that Quilford's first townread on her was reasonable.
Voting me-town is excusable considering I hadn't really managed to sink my teeth into anything yet.

lewarcher82, the Town Owner of the Cat Assassin Mao-TseTung, was Lynched

Spoiler: Cat Assassin Role PM
lewarcher82Welcome to
Animal Rescue: petsPick
. You are town.

You had always felt like there was something missing in your life. And you had always wanted a pet, so you decided to travel to the Mafiascum Humane Society. When you arrived, you looked around. There were lots of adorable animals deserving of a home – and you knew that of those you couldn’t take some would meet a miserable fate – but there was one there that you saw and immediately knew: it was the one.

When you brought it home, you realized something. This was no ordinary animal. No, this was special:

Animal Description

Image

When you get Mao-Tse-Tung back to your place, you realize there’s something a little sinister yet useful about your cat. He’s moody and aggressive, yes. But with great boldness.

Role Information

Mao-Tse-Tung acts as a
Cat Assassin
. If you target a person with a cat at night, you will kill that person. If you target a person with a dog, you will die. If you target someone with some other type of animal (but no cat or dog), you will survive but not carry out any kill.

No confirmation stage. Just post within the first 48 hours of the game or you will be replaced.

The thread may be found here

Deadline for Night Submissions is Saturday at Noon EST

Night 1 Results

XReckonerX, owner of Britta the Jailkeeping Dog and Hiro the Roleblocking Cat, was killed

Spoiler: Reck's role
ReckonerWelcome to
Animal Rescue: petsPick
. You are town.

You had always felt like there was something missing in your life. And you had always wanted a pet, so you decided to travel to the Mafiascum Humane Society. When you arrived, you looked around. There were lots of adorable animals deserving of a home – and you knew that of those you couldn’t take some would meet a miserable fate – but there were
two
there that caught your eye and you just couldn’t say no to.

When you brought them home, you realized something. They were no ordinary animals. No, they were special:

Animal Description

Image
Image

When you brought back Britta, you realized that she loved laps. This was despite her size, and that made it quite hard to move. What a good pup!

When you brought back Hiro, you realized that he was kind of an asshole. His claws were always out, and he attacked things with a vengeance. He’s just a little cat, so the damage was superficial, but damn if that didn’t smart. It’s hard to concentrate on doing much of anything with a cat’s claws in your feet.

Role Information

You have two animals. On odd nights, you use Britta’s power as a
Jailkeeper
and on even nights, you use Hiro’s power of
Roleblocking

No confirmation stage. Just post within the first 48 hours of the game or you will be replaced.

Yup.

Untrod Tripod is also a good vote for doing nothing but speculate about Lew's claim yesterday.

Notes I took:
D1 there seems to be a Jason - Qford - Sotty - Xvart thing going on in parallel to Lew-thing.
People who took no interest in one / the other are POIs.

MEGA TOWNREAD: AMRUN

My reads kinda reversed around an hour after night. hahaha.

Just to respond to this now as I didnt get to do this before night fall D1.

1) Yes, I would do it regardless of alignment, it is called a catch up post, given I was away due to personal issues for the best part of last week there had been a lot going on.
2) My vote on glowball was terrible? hmmmm I do recall naming Glowball as one of my top scum suspects. How is it then horrible?

I also noticed this, again seemignly protecting Glowball

Yea, I am now quite happy there is a connection between Glowball/Llamarable. I had both as scum yesterday. I still want to take a look at Ghostlin also today.

vote: Llamarable.

Don't agree with Sotty about tripod being a good vote, I have him as town. Cogito is someone also I believe should be looked at today.

IF I get a chance this weekend, I am going to go back and examine the connection further between Glow/LLam and see if there is any mote buddying/protection going on here. I believe there is a connection, which I have outlined above.

I did read through the rest of the people at the beginning of night, though I didn't record the results of that anywhere.
My reads reversing was specifically in reference to DDDP since I liked where his townread on Amrun came.
Reck was in the somewhat-suspicious-unclear zone.
Vi, UT, VP were all some kind of shades of grey and I don't remember which way I leaned.
And xvart I just don't remember my read on at all, even though I spent a chunk of time on him and looked at some of his meta.

Your response is a non sequitar. You didn't call me on role speculation while we were talking about it, you waited until after the flip. That's opportunistic. It seems like you only thought it was an issue when he flipped town.

How about you give me your OWN thoughts about me KK?

@Jason:
I said your Glowball vote was bad because I think Glowball's town.
Unprovoked claims of stuff are usually town.
And she looks to be trying to figure out the game.
