/in for the next newbie game because clearly I need more practice hunting the scum
Millions long for immortality who don't know what to do with themselves on a rainy Sunday afternoon.

Whoever thinks grammar is not important, think again. Capitalization is the difference between helping your Uncle Jack off a horse and helping your uncle jack off a horse.

But if theres so many newbies wanting to play. Can't we just have the players for a game be random? Is three IC Players necessary? Can we deal with maybe just 1/2? lol. I don't mean to sound like an a$sh0!e, but it'd make things go quicker.
Plus, the longer we make newbies wait to start a game, the more likely it is newbies may get impatient and give up and leave mafiascum.

I agree! I would have suggested it myself, but I'm still a noob so I figured no one would listen
I've given up on these noob games starting and queued up for some other types...but I'll still play one of these once they get going...I just want to play!
Then noobs will make mistakes. Wouldn't you rather have a confused noob making mistakes, or a pissed off noob who quits because it's impossible to get into a game?
Not that I'm gonna leave...I'll be patient! But your typical noob has a shorter attention span than I.
I think three IC players would be ideal. However, the ideal gets not-so-ideal when it results in slowing down the games. There are...what? 12, 13 noobs waiting to get into games? (if the front page is to be believed). The IC players aren't queuing quick enough to keep up.
As long as there's at least one IC player, the noobs should be fine. We could also ask the moderator any questions about technical issues too, couldn't we?

I would not mind if there were only two ICs. I think one IC may be too risky, because he could get lynched or killed after the first day.
For the meanwhile I'm gonna waiting patiently...
@Blackberry, Sage-Norinel has been known to start a game with 2 IC if he feels it is necessary. 1 IC strikes me as too few, simply because there are differences in style and play level between various IC, and it's useful to have exposure to multiple people.
(The other advantage with 4 newbies and 3 IC it's likely in that setup that the scum will be 1 newbie and 1 experienced player, which is probably the most educational in terms of a game).
I replaced into Chess Mafia for 6 months, and all I got was a win and this lousy sig.
I think if going 3 IC the best route may be for the mod to manually select each player's role, to ensure a balance. Then you might only need 2 ICs. the problem there is people start to realize one IC is going to be mafia every time... hmmm...

That's exactly why this is a terrible idea. An IC tends to be the first nightkill presently, failing a cop/doc tell by a newbie... that'd out your scum pretty fast, and if it didn't, the town could metagame to lynch both IC's "just in case", leaving 5 players who have only one scum among them.
