Just make sure people make it really clear what you're keeping, as otherwise if there are two valid combinations with different numbers of dice (say 12336) they could do a 3d6 and then claim that they were actually trying to go for the straight and reroll with a 2d6 if they don't get any more 3s. (There wasn't exactly anything else I could logically have kept with 25666, so...)

I've seen Triple Yahtzee done:
Three score cards, of which one multiplies all points by 1 (aka nothing special), one multiplies all points by 2, and one multiplies all points by 3 for the great rolls. Oh, and there's no Yahtzee Bonus for fairly obvious reasons.
