Well, instead of playing one card like we are now, each player plays six cards at the same time. One could play any square on any card until all six cards are filled. My wife and I play that way all tne time.

I've seen Triple Yahtzee done:
Three score cards, of which one multiplies all points by 1 (aka nothing special), one multiplies all points by 2, and one multiplies all points by 3 for the great rolls. Oh, and there's no Yahtzee Bonus for fairly obvious reasons.
