Isn't there a rule on this website that states that only 1/2 of participants in games can be composed of pre-/ins and invitations and that the rest must come from sign-ups in a queue? If this is the case, the way Divided Germany was filled goes against this protocol and is unfair to those who wanted to play it. Not only that, but I believe Cow said that new games are not taking sign-ups at this moment anyway.
(Never got that rule, seems to be to stop unfairness but well a game signing up at X time is still unfair to people in certain timezones. You are correct though, that is indeed a rule. No more than half can be filled via pre-ins)

No. It kind of just happened and I wasn't happy about it. Then stuff and I changed my mind. Only a one-time thing because of the crash though, and it was REALLY reluctantly. Also, new Queue by the end of Friday, so we can stop the bickering.
