How does this work, do we have to roll in a certain order?

Am rolls, then Joh, then Joe, then Hail, then Al, then Frank.

Since Frank rolled last in a Turn, he can start Turn 2, and then the other 5 can proceed as soon as they log in.

The two rules are: if you haven't rolled this turn, you can roll whenever you like (although I recommend waiting if someone else is taking their turn) and if you are the last player to roll on a turn, you can start the next one (rolling immediately).
