I wasn't sure if they were going to decide or not though. If the mods want to make up which it is then that'd be fine. It'd take the pressure off of me. It would make sense if they did. Either way, I'm still trying to get back to my universe, even if it's not real.

we haven't decided how many
you haven't counted them - were in the room trying to kill or recapture the three of you; izak and AcRv are about ten feet from jmj, in a tangle in the doorway in full view of some subset of them. izak's Walther PPK is out of bullets.

Turn 86 Resolution


jmj3000: 2
Search for anything I can use in self-defense.


Realizing that he is still in the enemy base, jmj3000 quickly reaches for his trusty Beretta - but discovers his pocket is empty. He spends the next couple minutes looking around trying to find it.

izakthegoomba: 3
Drop the Baretta and burn the aliens!

AcRv: 4-1=3
Make a smart-arse comment at the aliens before rolling back around the corner and finish patching myself up.


Immediately, izakthegoomba drops the Beretta and grabs AcRv's lighter and spraycan. As he fumbles with it, AcRv gets to his knees and yells, "What, you don't like barbecue?"

The aliens spin around, just in time to flinch back away from izakthegoomba's flame attack. They and AcRv dive around their respective corners at the same moment.

There is a pause as AcRv finishes tying his tie over his wound.

"Yeah, I don't think I hit them," says izakthegoomba.

AcRv no longer suffers from his -1 penalty.


theamatuer: 1

theamatuer furiously searches for a hiding spot, but the alley is practically bare. His surroundings grow dark as ominous figures block entrance to the alley, weapons raised and humming.

JDGA: 3
Call for help to get their attention then ambush them (perhaps with psychic powers since I still don't have anything to actually ambush them with).


JDGA turns and enters the first door he finds. Yelling back at the aliens before mentally locking the door, he runs down a long hallway on the second floor, with sunlight streaming through a row of windows on the right side. He has just run halfway down the hall when he trips and tumbles to the ground just as a line of bullets smash through the window, missing him by inches.

Breathing hard as he looks back over the hallway full of broken glass, he gets an idea. He nudges open the nearest door and starts levitating the glass off the floor as the sound of pounding at the staircase door reaches him. He then flings the glass at the door just as it is being kicked open, and dives into the room as the lead alien in the doorway cries out.

Katty Bard: 1
Attempt to help JDGA.


Ignoring the sounds below, Katty Bard sees a dark figure through a large window in the main apartment building. She takes careful aim and opens fire. Satisfied she has hit her target when it vanishes from sight, Katty Bard safes her rifle and turns around. She makes it to the top of the stairs before realizing the troopers are mere seconds away.

Katty Bard has fired approximately half of her first 30-round magazine.


Mist7676: 5
Scream, "COWARDS" and jump down another chute for 'Larger Packages' :shifty: .


There is a pause as the aliens clear out of the post office.

Mist7676 then yells, "Cowards!", and dives through the window for larger packages. Where she immediately bowls over and smashes a pile of packages sitting on the other side, one of which is labelled "Flatscreen TV".

Mist7676 has found a brand-new semiautomatic SIG 716 Patrol Rifle. It is not loaded.


Spoiler: Turn 87 Actions
1. jmj3000: Escape.

2. izakthegoomba: run awaaaaaaaaaaay.

3. AcRv: Perform a tactical retreat which mimics that of running away, but so it seems less cowardly. And while running, also be on the lookout for the engine room.

4. theamatuer: slap acrv through space-time then flee.

5. JDGA: Pwn people.

6. Katty Bard: run awaaaaaay.

7. Mist7676: Look for an exit and walk out it stealthy like.
