PBug, don't you think that the connection you saw between me and Glork could be Glork trying to buddy up to someone he knows is not on his side and is a claimed law enforcement guy?

I felt the buddying up as well, that is why I checked him. Though I do realize that my checking him really meant nothing since I am almost absolutely paranoid.

Glork seems the type to buddy up to a townie so he can take then down with him.

I need to do a full reread. I read the first couple of pages, and caught something that makes me think bertrand targeted ubertimmy night 1 (and hence ubertimmy is a wolf), but that depends somewhat on night scene info, which has been horribly unreliable.

I actually see what PBug is saying-Romanus buddied up to Glork to some extent (protecting Glork against dahen's inquiries by calling them "fishing", and general chatty tone when talking to Glork).

There's some evidence that points to PBuG being legit as a lyncherish IMHO, and I can't see him as a wolf (Glork's consistent attacks on PBug don't feel like bussing to me). I guess he could be mafia (MOS was semidefending him day 2), but I don't see the motivation for a PBug wagon at this time.

I read what CES said as 'I think PBuG has mucus' the first time.

Yeah, I agree with Thok. I don't think PBuG would have that kind of task on day one if he was scum. I think the mod designed him as a 'behavioural miller' to lead the town astray.

It's not quite nothing. We know that there were three kills night 1, and one of our sources of kills (CDB's vigs) didn't go through (CDB targetted DGB, who wasn't killed).

I'm trying to decide if (Bertrand, a reverse hider) died because he targetted some sort of scum, and which person he targetted. The night scene (pushing somebody in a well) combined with certain joking (the whole ubertimmy in a well thing) suggests that ubertimmy was bertrand's target.

Of course, there are about five dozen potential holes in this theory.

(Also, I still haven't done my full reread yet; depend on what I get done, I'll try to do it tonight).

Thok- yeah, the nightscenes in this game are horribly unrealiable. It's probably better to go by daytime behaviour.

I can't see why Scum suddenly would list names like that. I don't think it's good for scum even if the list is random. It excludes M4yhem's target and M4yhem was quick to reply to scum.

This behavior has also started after M4yhem replaced. So I'm thinking is that he is trying to be looked upon as more townie-like since he (and I) talked for the Strudel lynch yesterday, which was clearly not the best choice.

He has a point in that day-time behavior is important in this game. I liked it yesterday, but I don't like his today.

Dahen- I'm not sure what you mean. Are you saying there is some connection between me and scum? You do know that we are different people, right? Notice that he posted while whoever it is I replaced was away.

As for the list of names, I don't think we should read too much into it. It could be a list of innocents, or he could have slipped the name of a scum in there; trying to figure it out leads us down the wifom road.

As for why I talk to scum, I find him amusing.
