three 9p Micro setups that are similar that I may want to run when I get time. I'm only going to run one, but I want to have input on which one would be best and if it could be balanced. The games have a slight bastard element to them.

It may also give you a good laugh, so review it for that, if for no other reason.

Hey all, thinking of running my friends through a Mafia game with this being the major twist:

1 Mafia Member
X amount of townies, thinking 7
Sane Cop
Insane Cop

Night Phases: Mafia Member can choose to:

- Appear as innocent to a Investigation check. Mod action (unknown to players): Night Phase On a roll of a 6 on a D6, the Mafia Member "transforms" into a random townie and a random townie turns into the new Mafia Member.
- Count his votes in the Day Phase as double instead of 1. Night Phase is forfeited. Mod action (unknown to players): Night Phase - on a 5+ on a D6, the Mafia Member "transforms" into a random townie and a random townie turns into the new Mafia Member.
- Elect to kill a target at Night. Mod action (unknown to players): Night Phase - on a 4+ on a D6, the Mafia Member "transforms" into a random townie and a random townie turns into the new Mafia Member.

Thoughts?

Just disclose that it's bastard, but don't specify how. That's the simplest way, and also the most effective. Presenting this as a normal game is directly lying to the players, and that is something a mod should

NEVER

do.

Gotcha, amended the rules to warn people it's not gonna be a standard game, will reveal the full mechanics at end-game.

I got a experimental mini theme setup that I plan on running if it works out, I would appreciate at least 1 player who has some experience with interesting mechanics. The flavour would be centered around zombies and possibly The Walking Dead.

You're more likely to get reviewers if you specify how large it is (player count), and how normal/unusual it is. Different reviewers specialize in different sorts of setups.
