I wonder how realistic the resolution is supposed to be. If it's close to real life, no offence, but trying to revive you will be pretty pointless. But if it's a case of "roll 3-5 and he's fine", it's worth a shot.

Uhm, AcRv... he's unconscious and not breathing. A placebo relies on the patient believing they will be cured, and he won't even know you're giving them to him. Plus, you can't really placebo your way out of a cardiac arrest.
