When Minineko arrived today, we were able to climb the outside stairs to get into Matt&Trollie's building, but we stopped dead in our tracks when we saw two cops immobilizing some guy in handcuffs, face down on the landing's cement.

Other people there who were moving in said that he tried to break in.

my wife worked in baltimore for a while and she said the funniest thing she ever saw was the 2 homeless guys they pass daily during lunch, actually staged a death, The one guy played dead and the other was crying and begging for money. When they came back things were back to normal
