I don't see how a no lynch will benefit us, but I'll see what happens after a bit.

It doesn't. But a lynch with nothing really to go on benefits us less in my opinion, cos we haven't really made it any more likely that we'll hit scum.

wow, a deadline?
I figured everyone was waiting for replacements was why my post was still the only one. I mean, yeah we haven't talked about much, but it's not completely our fault. It's kind of odd where there are only half (or whatever) of the folks 'present' to get a lot of clues.

Other than that, how many replacements are needed again? If we go into night wont we again be plagued by the lack of players (that probably can't be answered by mod, but just widely speculated upon by players who will eventually realize it doesn't really matter because we wont have an answer till end game unless something cool happens )

I'm not voting.
So I guess by deadline since I think NL has more than 2 votes that's the choice (4votes).

oh...I just realized it's passed the deadline.

The problem with going into night with players absent is that town or scum can glean information by what actions take place.

I figure that the mod would not open the thread period until all players are available.
That way there is little that can be assumed from night happenings. You know?

is that what you're talking about?

I'm doing what I can to track down your mod. Let me know, via PM, whether or not you'd like the game to continue in the event he doesn't return (I have the set-up).

With the information I've worked with on what we should call a day one, CK and Fircoal are my suspects.

Its back ... but I'm not quite yet :( warned adele that I am off for a week now* so I'll leave my reread until my return - definitely like to remain in the game, but if I need to be replaced so be it.
Try not to lynch anyone till I get back :P

Ok...so it looks like there were a few votes on me based on really weak logic, basically because CK didn't confirm right away. It's a pretty silly argument; it's not like scum have anything to talk about during night zero when they don't even have to pick a kill. And...lots of people lurked, and then everyone went and did a NO LYNCH for crying out loud. That, I'm going to have to ask for an explination for, as voting no lynch on day 1 is a pretty dumb and anti-town move; it basically just gives the scum another chance to kill someone else without the town getting any of the information from a day 1 bandwagon. And yes, I realize that the person I'm replaceing was one of the no-lynchers, but it's still a bizzare and illogical move.

I'm especally looking at Chaotic Diablo and Big Kahuna, as they're experenced players who should certanly know that a day 1 no lynch is bad.

fos: Chaotic Diablo, Big Kahuna
until they explain themselves, and I want the other people who voted for a no-lynch to explain as well.

In fact,
vote:chaotic diablo
, as his post where he voted for a no-lynch looks especally scummy.

Sorry about that ugly first page there. Seeing as that as mainly my quarrel with SC.

Glad It's back up, then.

Yosarian, with the deadline, half our people lurking, and very little information, killing someone would have been a worse choice, In My Opinion. Even on day one. There's my explanation f the No Lynch. Very generic, but I can't think any other reasons.

I'm not entirely seeing why you're voting for c_d, he apparently didn't think that a no lynch would benefit us.
