As far as I have been able to tell, it's a pretty common tactic for new scum (and sometimes even old scum) to try to get two town lynches for the price of one by pushing the "if Lynch 1 comes up town, you're Lynch 2" idea. IE, if by some magic IH managed to come up town, I would then be forfeit, and the mafia gets two innocent lynches. We should make our decisions based on more factors than one person pushing one lynch, especially on days past day one. So the notion is kind of scummy.

Every time another day starts, most people go through the thread, look over the pushers/defenders of yesterday's lynch, and look through other people depending on the alignment of the dead person if we lose someone at night. So it's a whole new ball game tomorrow. Also, directing lynches for the next day = scum-tell

Ok SV since you want to call bullshit and throw out “scumtell” labels, let’s look at some facts. Because, when I’m verified town, this whole maneuver of yours will go over like a fart at a tea party.

1st off, up until page 9 I was at a loss for where the scum was. Then, along comes TCS, pushing for an IH lynching hard. So if he’s so sure about IH, I made him put his money where his mouth was, by threatening counter-lynch.

Somewhere along the way, TCS got worried and faltered on his vote for IH. This means 1 of 2 things:
a) TCS is town, but unsure about IH and doesn’t want to be counter-lynched.
b) TCS is scum, knows IH is town, and knows he’s going to be next on the rope if he gets IH hanged.

Now, let’s move on to the event, a Deadline post.
Up until this point, IH had frozen at 4 votes. It was looking like nothing was going to happen with him. I had very little suspicion on myself, or at least it hadn’t been voiced. Everyone was pretty much quiet and the whole post was stalemating.

But wait, with a deadline in effect, 4 votes is enough to lynch IH. This puts a new urgency on things. Now IH’s identity is about to be unveiled and with it, most likely TCS.

Now all the sudden SV thinks the whole thing is suspicious. And, ShadowLurker has left his cave to come out and help SV start a bandwagon on me.

To recap, I believe we are looking at 2 mafia members. 1 between IH and TCS. 1 between SV and SL. I believe SV and/or SL are attempting to derail the IH bandwagon to protect 1 of their own.
