or have you already chosen today's mislynch?

This is what bothered me in that quote Marq. A player who doesn't take accusations seriously just looks scummy to me. Your "weird" posting catches my attention because I don't see the intent to scumhunt, just to post without putting up info for us to go on.

Attempting to discredit my vote by saying weird=/=scum isn't going to work. The basis of my vote wasn't strictly because he is a weird player.

All three of those posts that I quoted- 15, 20, and 34 had one common factor and that was him pushing mislynches, even if it was in a joking, "weird" way. You want to mess around like that once, fine... but when you consistently posting in an anti-town fashion, the I feel that warrants a vote.

I'm assuming you're referring to Post 17? That looks more like buddying more so than white knighting.

If anything, Marquis's Post 34 is a better example of white knighting. (It was actually tempting to vote Marquis rather than Tripod when I was laying out the posts back in Post 71, but I ultimately thought Tripod's play was more suspicious than Marquis and therefore that's where my vote went.)

What could I possibly have discerned from his alignment at the time I voted? Are you being serious?

If you mean when he said, "I don't think we should lynch her, she is well directed in her reads", I'm pretty sure that was a joke in reference to my signature. This was followed by saying he doesn't want to lynch me because my scumday is coming up. How does that constitute as white knighting?

Ok...so why did you pretend you didn't see my interaction with mollie when you clearly did and why did you rely on mollie's opinion rather than choosing your own? Also you didn't follow up on that question when mollie answered it so I assume it wasn't important...which brings me back to why you pretended to not see it.

Like... honestly, I don't know where these assumptions are coming from. Moon logic confuses me.

What does me acknowledging Mollie's exchange with you have to do with my read on Maq?

I am a simple man, explain it too me slowly if that's the problem.

"or have you already chosen today's mislynch" is just a more entertaining way of saying "you're scummy for focusing on this one player's vote when there are plenty of other 'RVS' votes that have yet to be explained"! :)

How is there not any "intent to scumhunt" when I'm calling tman out on singling out UT's vote as opposed to asking for clarification for other arguably less-justified votes???? :)

Let's talk about diction here- why exactly do you see it as pushing
mislynches
, instead of making multiple RVS votes, or, God forbid, actually finding tman's selective quoting and UT's easy town-naming/blocking scummy?

Is there anything about my votes on Nikanor, Elyse, tman2nd, Untrod Tripod, Untrod Tripod, Untrod Tripod, Untrod Tripod, Untrod Tripod, and tman2nd, in that order, that suggests I'm actually scum trying to get them mislynched? Or would you rather interpret Matias' one post and vote for Nikanor, Elyse's jump on the Nikanor RVS wagon, UT's jump on the Elyse wagon and vote for me and vote for tman2nd etc. etc. all as everyone being scum hoping to mislynch everyone else?

Also, Death Notes kill people. Killing people is for scum. :)

Please define white knighting for me- I know the term, but I feel like it'd be interesting to hear your interpretation of it, since apparently I'm not allowed to call out a bad and unnecessarily selective question.

Additionally, if I told you right now that UT and I were Bulletproof Mason Lovers, would you believe it? :)

You're honestly trying to play this off as something you did deliberately? I read it as you coasting and throwing shit to see what sticks.

And now you are putting words in my mouth which is stupid. No one else who has voted did it with the sarcastic tone of mislynching. I just don't by your posting as legit and it comes across as forced scum play.

Something I did deliberately? Why yes, I do think people are aware of the votes they make when they type out the VOTE: tag for everyone and their moderator of choice to see it. :)

Coasting? No, coasting would be making a single RVS post and letting attention pass them by, like Matias, who's not posted since despite being active in general. :)

The sarcastic tone of mislynching? Is this some new sort of scum meta? Because I wasn't aware that sarcasm was a God-given right for scum and scum alone. :)

Forced scum play? I'm wounded. Perhaps to confirm myself as town, I should lurk excessively and instead of getting called out for posting, get called out later on for "no original content". :)

PEDIT: Goddammit, RC, fuck off.
