Again, uh, what? And where does "Lyncher convertible" come from?

Lynher convertible is his role as it says in the opening post.

I'm assuming it means he was a lyncher, but could be converted. (to town or scum, though, is questionable, I assume town.)

I've kind of been neglecting my posting duties because I haven't always been able to find the time. Its been a very busy few months.

Anyways, regarding the logic behind the whole TCC, when I initially voted him, I saw a contentless vote and jumped on it. When I decided not to unvote him after being reminded of his restriction, I was mainly looking at his going away post. He seemed to be asking the mod in the post itself. If I had a posting restriction, I would ask the mod in a PM, and then post if it was acceptable. It didn't feel right that he was asking right there. He had also violated the pattern of one unvote/vote per post in his second post and quoted in his fourth. Normally, this would mean that he was faking a restriction, and that would be scummy. However, it turned out that the mod was letting him slip up in his restrictions.

When I changed my vote off of CD there were several reasons. First, a scummier target presented himself, in my opinion. Secondly, a mason is a difficult claim to fake in the long run, especially in a mini. At best it is a stalling tactic. The exception is when a second scum also claims mason, but that is very risky. Thirdly, my vote on CD had also accomplished its goal, as of his post 227.

Apologies, missed the information up in the opening post, only looked at the start of day message

Warpdagon's response seems generally reasonable to me, but I definitely need a reread.

Atticus - you never addressed this yesterday: why did you vote me as "if TCS is scum, then riktus seems to be the one trying to pass-off his post-restriction the most." as for this to make sense you would first have to assume TCS was scum?

I am away from 15-25 April (heading for South Korea), but I should have internet access most of the time when I'm not actually travelling (ie 15-16 and 24-25 or so).

Paraphrase up my PBPA:

Patrick's only made 10 posts this whole game (at time of PBPA) and half of them were spent badgering Chaotic diablo to claim and stuff. His other posts were spent contradicting himself, wondering about TCS' post restriction and voting on this wondering. Most of these posts are one-liners.

I think that these put togethter are suspicious. The bonus reasons I had found at that time of early morning dull-mindedness, however, are lost to me.

Just a quick FYI I am still alive (sitting in Seoul at the moment) - no time to read through and post something to get the game moving, but I am up to date and should be back properly in a week or so.

You were already voting me, otherwise it would have been lynch -1. Is that what you want to occur? Do you want a claim? Also, could you show me where I contradicted myself?

How much can scum really accomplish without any previous days or abilities to use? The connection is interesting, but I think it could be placed on the back burner until later in the game. Logically, I find Riktus's argument more legitimate, however, I do not think his conclusions warrant action. On the other hand, day one bandwagons are fun.

I just had a thought.

At this point, I'm guessing that there are 2 scum and 1 SK left in the game; there could be 2 scum and a vig, but only if the vig's killing every night which is unlikely. If CD is telling the truth, then there are 2 masons. I also have a specific role-based reason to think that there is a cop in this game, although I'm not 100% sure.

So if there's 2 masons and 1 cop, that's 3 confirmed innocents, and there's only 4 good guys left in the game.

I'm thinking that if warpdragon isn't a mason, isn't the cop, and if the cop dosn't have an innocent on him, I'm quite happy lynching him.

I'm also thinking that it might be time to get the name of CD's mason partner; if CD is telling the truth and he does have a mason partner, then we might be able to break this game wide open here; we might be able to break the game right now and figure out who all the scum are just through process of elimination.

2 scum and 1 sk seems likely.

Clearing the masons would give us 3 out of 5 to choose from, which is pretty good odds. If I believe Yos, it's 4 out of 5, which is great. I'd like the mason to claim.
