You're against breaking strategies? OK... well, we're on an impasse on that point anyway, so position noted, I won't argue it any further.

What are your thoughts about controlling the
number
of Farkles per day, if we can?

I still thing that it would be wrong to change the farkle game, however if you changed the length of the mafia day I would be fine with that more or less.

Seol! Yes! Maybe now I'll get to where I care about this game.

I'm intrigued by the idea of Farklefix.

Coron, I know I'm asking what is potentially an impossible question for you to answer correctly, but do you think you'd have the same stance if you didn't have significantly more points thatn everyone else? How about if we were trying to Farklefix for you?

Big booming voice - The eleventh commandment: Though shalt not Farklefix, or results will be lost that day.

Don't try to break the game, in other words.

Seol, you'll have to wait for the next revolution.

I am impatient.

Let's skip Adele's turn.

Dateline is on 11th.

No time.

And I don't agree with Farklefix.

I think we should Farklefix. If that can win us the mafiagame, I don't see why we shouldn't. That and Coron's response to it can give me another reason to vote him.

Even though it has been mooted now I would have supported farklefix. At least it shows seol is thinking outside the box.

I would have been in favor of farkle fixing as well, but maybe that is because my points suck! But I do agree that it would give the town more control over who gets powers and such.

Fair enough. I can understand why you're saying this - it would probably have made at least one aspect of the game really quite tedious.
Coron wrote:Yes, yes.

Correct about the mod's intentions. I still contest the "spirit of the game" point (I'd argue that anything within the rules is fair game), but that's irrelevant to this game now and maybe we can take it up in Mafia Discussions later.

I still don't like your objecting to Farklefixing - as I said, that's an anti-town position, a point which you haven't tried to refute.
Thesp wrote:Coron, I know I'm asking what is potentially an impossible question for you to answer correctly, but do you think you'd have the same stance if you didn't have significantly more points thatn everyone else? How about if we were trying to Farklefix for you?
It's worth pointing out I wasn't advocating Farklefixing today, and I don't think Coron thought I was either...

Everyone else - no point discussing Farklefixing any more. Let's move on.

The extra part at the end you've added intrigues me.

I agree that farklefixing might help the town and thus mafia members would want to avoid it. I am not a mafia member however.
