Unvote, vote Yosarian2
I don't like him much, and would readily lynch him today unless something unexpected happens.
He acts defensive, then quickly jumps on the offensive. He states the obvious. Also, as an side-reason, he is more chatty than his other games, as pickem has said.Guard your honor. Let your reputation fall where it will. And outlive the bastards.-

Not quite, Yos. You sounded over-defensive when WindFish made a mistake. Then the next post you submitted, you stated the obvious, and FoS'd me with questions instead of explanations. I find that scummy. Your reactions ?Guard your honor. Let your reputation fall where it will. And outlive the bastards.-

WindFish attacked me, and I pointed out his mistake. That's not "overly defensive", that's exactally the right amount of defensive. That's what every pro-town player should do; if someone attacks you, you should point out the holes in their logic. Which I did.
Way to go to misrepresenting facts. WindFish didnotattack you. He asked why we haven't heard of you because he didn't see your post. You responded in what seemed like an overreaction to me.
Here are the posts made.Yosarian2 wrote: And I FOS'd you because your move didn't seem to make much sense to me at the time. You voted windfish, even though windfish seemed to be saying the exact same thing that you were, that we shouldn't end the day so quickly with a rapid bandwagon. The apparent contradiction in your vote seemed odd, and possibly scummy to me, so I fos'd you and demanded an explination. I never really got a good one from you on that issue, btw.
WindFish wrote:Whoa, putting pickem at lynch-1 out of the gate? Is it bandwagon?
And why haven't we heard from Yosarian?
I'm going to swing my vote over to alter the pressure balance.
Unvote: Yosarian2
Vote: truncator
Granted, we both unvoted for the same reason, but I would not put someone in the same predicament I just got someone out of. Therefore I didn't put my vote at the same place WindFish did. Why I put my vote on WF was a) There were no votes on him at the time and b) Some fling of the moment with his pressure-balance sentence, which he clarified.Albert B. Rampage wrote:Remember guys, short days hurt the town.
With that,Unvote, vote WindFish
You are a scumbag because you misrepresent people and their intentions, which are both very strong indicators of your scumminess.Yosarian2 wrote: And now you're voting for me...because I FOS'd you?Guard your honor. Let your reputation fall where it will. And outlive the bastards.-

Me and WindFish, as well as the othertowniesall agree that short days hurt the town. So what ? That doesn't mean he is town. Besides that, I was fishing (pardon the pun) for a reaction.
In your original "defense", I find it awkward that you took the trouble to start your reply with "Um", the exact same thing you started your major defense to my accusations with.
This has become my 2nd, and slightly stronger tell. The other thing that amused me was that you finished it with "...", maybe signifying annoyance. I think a townie in that situation would just re-quote his post, or make a polite joke about the mistake, or perhaps ask a question to WF.
Excuse me, Yos, but I don't see the irony. What I see, is possible scum that I would like to continue to interact with.Guard your honor. Let your reputation fall where it will. And outlive the bastards.-

Like Yosarian, I believe truncator shouldn't act scummy on purpose, or he will have my vote too. For now he is treading on dangerous grounds, but isn't satisfactory for a lynch.
My vote on WF could be because he followed my lead and unvoted, maybe to avoid suspicion.Guard your honor. Let your reputation fall where it will. And outlive the bastards.-

You don't have the slightest clue of what your talking about, and you don't have a case.
I didn't have a strong case on Yosarian either, so I left him alone. I find myself agreeing with him on the truncator issue. What's the big deal ?Guard your honor. Let your reputation fall where it will. And outlive the bastards.-

My current scum team is Llama/pickem, subject to change.thedocsalive wrote:There is always the possibility of Llama being scum gambling for a quick win here. If so, he would have to be scum with Albert, because normally with this gambit the scum claims cop with a guilty on an innocent, not the other way around. I can't imagine Llama being scum with any of the three he did not claim to investigate, as it puts his partner at too much unnecessary risk.
I'm especially inclined to consider the case where Llama is lying, since right now the scum must be Llama/Albert or Yos/pickem from my eyes, and I've generally had confidence in Yos and pickem throughout the game. But as I said, I'd expect Llama to claim a guilty result if he were scum going for the quick win, so I'm a bit torn here.
Albert, are you still sure about Llama being scum, since I can't imagine a scenario where he's scum with anyone other than you?
I am of course 100% confirmed townie. I believe Yosarian has caught the scum neatly, and it is time to lynch one of them.Guard your honor. Let your reputation fall where it will. And outlive the bastards.-

Hmm the plan was lame. How do you even know Llama was town ? He probably was the cop, but we had no way of being sure. If your a doctor, you know for a fact that Yos is scum. Why would you say you would protect Llama when I am confirmed innocent ?Guard your honor. Let your reputation fall where it will. And outlive the bastards.-

It makes absolute sense for a scum to claim cop and claim they got an innocent result on a townie. Why didn't you even consider Yos/Llama ?
The mafia knows who is town. Its easy for them to claim someone is innocent, theyknowwho is innocent. Your failure to acknowledge this cost you(and possibly us) the game.Guard your honor. Let your reputation fall where it will. And outlive the bastards.-

Your last post was just practically excuses for unthoughtfulness.
One last: why would you protect a 90% confirmed innocent instead of a 100% confirmed innocent ? This just makes no sense at all, and is the main reason behind your lynch.Guard your honor. Let your reputation fall where it will. And outlive the bastards.-

You have a point, but I have to emphasize that either you or Yosarian had to be scum, therefore I was confirmed townie, whereas Llama was of unsure alignment. You don't know for a fact that Llama is cop; the odds of there being a cop is 50/50 someone said. Also, who said Llama wasn't confident in surviving a counter-claim in ly-lo ? Really. Always protect the confirmed dude. Or at least say you will and then protect the cop.pickemgenius wrote:, HIS INVESTIGATION RESULTS ON DAY 3 WOULD END THE GAME, YOU WEREN'T A COP, you were a townie, you would have brought nothing new Day 3, and the game would have been a crapshoot.HE WAS A FUCKING COPGuard your honor. Llama, you knew you weren't lying.
Doc, you knew you weren't lying.
As for me, I don't know who's lying. Count it as a win if you want to, but you forgot one little detail: you have to convince the townie of who's telling the truth.Guard your honor. Let your reputation fall where it will. And outlive the bastards.-
