in my opinion it may be a misguided analysis, if it is based upon ongoing games, as i suspect. Regardless, if it was meant as a joke, thats fine.Skruffs wrote:metagaming? It's based on my own, personal, experience.
And it was also meant as a joke. Everyone gets fooled sometimes.Show2020 Stats - 31 completed games:

@Shanba: that's a surprising amount of evidence you have against me.
I noticed in other games I've played that I take much too stong stances on things I don't really believe. It's just a habit of mine. So, this game, I tried to keep my susipicions at exactly the level they are, and be honest about all my thoughts on others.
My thoughts are also very, very easily persuaded. I like to go along with the flow of the majority, it's easier and makes for more pressure on specific people.
Being as honest as I can, I have little idea of who is scum right now. I can understand the arguement against Niepie and Jordan the best so I think I willVote: JordanandFOS: Niepie. The arguement between Skruffs and BM seems like pro-town bickering (I think they have a history or something, I'm not too sure though). However, I also still have a nagging suspicion of DoS, ever since it came up that he was lurking, something about it just seemed wrong, and his new post is mostly neutral.
I have quite neutral feelings towards Jingolaw, N9V, and Theo at this time.
Your latest post against me actually makes me feel you are pro-town, becuase your taking such an odd risk, but since you are voting me, I can also see it as a smart scum move (I'm just getting into WIFOM here, so I won't eleborate). Anyone I haven't mentioned I have no real feelings for at this time.-

So, you've gone from believing I'm protown to voting me.
Why are people voting for me? The only mistake I've made is the slip, I've put forward speculations and suspicions, the only reason I've been defending myself so much lately is because SkruffsScum has been going after me.Please delete my comment from your sig...such an awful joke- Battle Mage

OMG... I made a big mistake,unvote.
Sorry Jordan, I was rereading someone else in another game that reminded me of your situation and used it as reasoning against you in my mind.
I'm so gonna get butchered for this mistake .
What I said in my eariler post is true, I have very little idea of who is scum right now. So, you know what, I'm just gonna stay with an unvote. Since I have no real case against anyone, I think that's the only fair action.
I have a small FoS on Niepie, but that's only because I rechecked those posts after attention was put on Niepie. I could see it as being somewhat scummy, but I honestly don't know.
My FoS on FoS also stays, but that's based almost solely on his lurking.-

I don't understand why it's okay for you to pressure someone for a 'slip up', orchestrating 3 or 4 votes on them, no less, and then complain constantly about one or two votes on you for basically thesame reasons.
Am I scum for voting you, or is there more to it than OMGUS? Because to be honest I think trying to push for a quick wagon so close to a possible LYLO situation is a lot more suspicious than trying to keep said wagon from taking off.-

My vote is not OMGUS, it's because you've jumped on my slip, held onto it for dear life, and when you realised it wasn't working, you started just making up things about me, such as saying I wasn't contributing when I clearly was. Basically, you're just going after the most convenient town lynch.Skruffs wrote:I don't understand why it's okay for you to pressure someone for a 'slip up', orchestrating 3 or 4 votes on them, no less, and then complain constantly about one or two votes on you for basically thesame reasons.

And speaking of my slip, I don't really understand why it's so scummy anyway, all I did was say "No-one else vote for Tally, she's on 4 and I don't want her quicklynched" Stupid yes, scummy no. Tally was advocating a lurker lynch when they, a potentially important pro-town role, could just get replaced. Also, a lurker is just an easy scum target, especially when the day is dragging on like it was, that's why I was so suspicious of it.Please delete my comment from your sig...such an awful joke- Battle Mage

If I was going after the most convenient town lynch, I would have wagoned onto Talitha with you. That's not my perogative.
You are the one who keeps referring to it as a slip-up; which is it? Did you make a mistake in going after Talitha or are you happy with it? You seem to be implying that you think talitha is town by sayign you slipped up, btu then you get angry at people who don't like that you were going after her, etc, etc, circular reasoning, etc.
Are you sayign that lurkers are more likely to be town than scum? Who should town be going after day one, if not people who are not helping town? What's your reasoning behind that?-

If you slipped and you're a cop you might as well say it, the scum know it and might pay you a visit.
If you slipped because you're a scumbag, then we're going to feed you to the fishes.
which is it skruffs?Show"I hope one day I can openly play as wolfy as Pooky and get zero pressure for it grumble grumble."

I didn't slip at all. I said exactly what I wanted to say.
Jordan suggested that I was trying to go for the most convenient town lynch, which is wrong. Jordan was going after the most convenient town lynch, who is Talitha.
Why all "Either cop or scum" there, Pooky? Surely you read Jordan's post before you responded to mine like that?-

Skruffs you did slip, you said you knew Tally was town, now since you aren't admitting you're a cop, you're probably scum. Please delete my comment from your sig...such an awful joke- Battle Mage

I know that there is not much going on in this game, but why are we still arguing about the Talitha slip-up of Jordan?
Why is it still actual?
Is this really the only thing scum can find in this game to target other players?
But I would like to know what Skruffs did mean with the phrase that Talitha was the most convenient town lynch. No one is listening until you make a mistake

to put it into perspective, Skruffs-Cop is highly unlikely to investigate Talitha imho.JordanA24 wrote:Skruffs you did slip, you said you knew Tally was town, now since you aren't admitting you're a cop, you're probably scum.
I dont like the fishing from Pooky atall, as i think Skruffs comment just reflected his opinion. on the other hand, my vote stands as its a null tell.Show2020 Stats - 31 completed games:

You can't tell me I slipped if I intentionally phrased my words like that.
That was not a slip. I intentionally phrased it like that. Jordan suggested I was going after the most convenient town lynch, and I turned his phrasing back on him, because that is what HE started off the day by doing. He did not discuss anyone else - he started a wagon on Talitha, pressured her, when there was nothing to pressure her for and nothing she could say about it. He ignored ... well.. everyone else in the game, except for the one person who stood up for Talitha, who was me, who he of course lumps in as scum.
I put a wrench in his plans, so obviously, he is going to say I am scum. I don't like how Pooky would just solidify Jordan's atteck with an all or nothing, George-Bushian phrase trying to make a false dichotomy of me being either cop or scum. Wrong.
I am *NOT* claiming cop in ANY way, and I'm surprised someone would say that a sentence phrased like that can only mean One thing or the Other. I have made it pretty clear that I think Talitha's actions day one were pro-town.
A lot more town than Jordan's actions today, certainly.-

No, Skruffs said he'd jump onto the Tally wagon as the most convenient town lynch (I still think he's trying to cover up for it). To be honest, I'm not sure I liked how you suddenly came out of nowhere with a post like you did.PookyTheMagicalBear wrote:my bad
