from my understanding of the set up there likely only two scenerio

2 scum team or a scum team and a ww team... likely 3 people each team
or a 5 party scum team. Theeses are the most lpopolur set up as far as I can tell.

either way there is atleast 1 more scum on the FF/ Sakura scum team. I am kinda baffled that the town is pretty much ignoring two confscum flips
