J-man, you're already alive in a game, so I can't take you as a replacement at present. Also, Haut Boy came in as his own replacement (it's a long story) for game 364, so that slot's filled. If you're interested in replacing into a game, your best bet is PMing that moderator directly.

Flay-- I sent you a PM regarding this, IIRC. I can mod newbie games if you need the help. I enjoy modding because I get to watch the games unfold without being as involved in figuring everything out.

I certainly don't have the required XP, but I've been in a number of games here and done a decent job moderating Open 14, prodding and replacing and such. I can't imagine that newbie would be more taxing.

Anyway, the offer's there if you want another newbie mod. I don't flake, unless I die.

We're not so short of mods right now that we need to relax the restrictions on moderators (MeMe is always willing to pick up games that sit w/o a mod for a day or two, for one thing).
