Didn't read the whole ISO because it's big (and was super confused because I thought he was in a hydra but figured it out) but I can see what you're getting at, Mina. Two holes I could poke in reading his current scum game from that one is the fact that it's so old and the fact that he had to reconcile with N's game. Still on the Quil town train though.

Esp I missed (and still can't find) your answer to my meta question. Part of it is that i can't read, I'm sure, but spell it out for me. Have you played with/read BB in the past?

i think you sound genuine in what you are and have been doing. it's not that i've waffled on you so much as i feel shaky without having played with you before. while I don’t rely on meta to make or break a read, it's a jumping point for me. A big one. I'm an emotional player. I grab reads on what I feel and pull strings from there. Serra and BB are the only ones I've been even remotely comfortable dealing with, and even then, reading BB has always been disastrous for me. And with serra i was hoping he would push me but he didn't. and then he left.

With serra gone, I don’t fucking know what to do.

By a long long way, my best scum game on site was in Equinox's game Mafia on the Metro. Looking back, I still have no idea how I did it, but I think 90% of it was that I wasn't scum with anyone I was terrified of letting down, and there was nobody in the game who could read me like a book. (Well, until I fell apart at the end.)

In the interests of full disclosure I was nominated for a Scummy for my scumgame with DGB and someone else in Otters vs Tigers vs Sharks Mafia (modded by Amrun I think?) but that was ages ago, and the game was (ironically) eaten by tigers (it was recovered and put in a zip file somewhere), however my play there was really nothing special and I would have been lynched if anyone was smart enough to realise all the people who suspected me were being systematically eradicated via nightkill.

Sometimes it pays off and I name a scumteam of 4. Sometimes we get this game.

To me, I can either sit around being unconfident or I can go full steam ahead with my guess. I was just honestly confident in this guess due to Alch's play and PoE, so now I'm kinda lost.

Serra was always probably scum, but never could be confident due to lack of anything. It was who the other one was that changed based on Alch's flip. (I mean, obviously.)
