By the way I understand your confusion. I did not make it very clear as to what reasons specifically that I am voting Theo. So here they are. I don't feel he is contributing, and I don't feel he is really helping the town. His push on Niempie was just part of my analysis, and the fact that I voted Niempie, is extremely different than pushing for a niempie lynch.

Ok a couple of responses DoS.

One I was away for two weeks including the period during your posts. It's noticeable that you posted your second batch of opinions after I voted you, so I get a slight of vibe of OMGUS from it. I cannot contribute whilst I'm away. I feel partly responsible for lynching Niempie yep . . . I did push for her lynch, mainly because I thought she was scummy you said likewise, would I not be more of a hindrance to the town if I sat back and happily let the day slide to a no-lynch? I think not. The other issues I have with your attack I think have been dealt with Jordan and Jingolaw who pretty much made sense. As for content I gotta say your a fine one to talk and why only ask me for opinions on everyone, why not ask every other player?

Okay I'd prefer if we're claiming we all claim, not just three, and no one comments until its done. I'd rather the wolves don't dictate somehow the three who need to claim, I haven't got a problem claiming, but if I'm doing it then everyone else is or we just claim flavour and not role.

There seems to be more support for the idea of only 3 people claiming than a mass claim - would you please expand some more, or give an example of why you think all claiming and outing all of our power roles is the best option?

Why not take a vote, not including the claimants, of wether none, some, or all players should claim?
Maybe just everyone who wants everyone to claim should claim, or maybe... Meh.

DoS I voted you pretty much because I wanted the game to move forward, you posted your opinions, fact that I don't particularly agree with them means I'm pretty suspicious of you. I feel you've been pretty tame to be fair, many of your suspects are wishy-washy. I was on your town-list then led a lynch on a townie and am now scum suspect number one, just seems slightly odd, meh.

As for the claiming, I've indicated I'd prefer everyone to claim if we're doing mass-claims. Not just three people, I'd actually prefer ppl other than Tally to chime in on this and yeh would prefer we got some inactives replaced.

I still say we should mass-claim - as for order I'm not fussed, I can go first and then select someone and we move on and so on. I want flavour aswell however and I think we need everyone active before we do it, agree?

Well, mostly cause I'm not sure we have one, partly because I feel confirmed innocents are more useful then a vig or a doc in this case and partly because I want all the scum to be in hot water rather than just a few who would be anyway.

Shanba, I can understand your point about wanting all scum under pressure. I think it's a good point. But how is claiming going to give us confirmed innocents? In a well-designed game, there usually aren't any claims that will prove a player to be innocent. But hopefully someone will fluff up the claim and we'll have a good candidate for a lynch.

You are right, it's possible that we don't have a doc, but what we do know for

almost certain

is that there is another killing role out there that is not aligned with the wolves. This person is, whether vig or SK, crucial to the town right now, because they will be trying to kill the wolves.

However, thinking about numbers... if we lynch wrong today, the vig/SK maybe should not kill tonight, as taking out a townie could easily mean game over. I suggest only killing tonight if you are really confident. If we lynch right, I think you should go ahead and kill, regardless. Please go over the thread, make your best guess at scum.

Also, if this person is ever in danger of being lynched, they should claim. Even if they are a serial killer, just claim vig. We will not lynch you because we need you plus you would be my first choice to receive doc protection (if there is a doc).

As I've mentioned, the thing about the mass claim is that it puts all our roles out there, and the scum have the complete picture, they know who they need to kill and exactly what they need to do to win. This is a huge advantage for them.

However, I am starting to swing back to the mass claim idea.

I'm just pretty worried about modkills because I can't see a scum in this position flaking out of the game... I think the people who have gone completely missing have more likelihood of being town.
