After I've caught up, if I have the time, I may point out some of the strongest bits. But I see him defending himself, and I see him making sense. I saw the attacks against him not being well-reasoned and having less factual basis.

I said that between Persivul and EspeciallyTheLies's arguments, EspeciallyTheLies argued well whereas Persivul was unable to hold his own in a graceful or elegant way.

Pardon me, but I don't remember. Did you back this up with hard post numbers and/or reasons?

OTOH, you were arguing against the massclaim, but claimed anyway, which is obviously suspicious. You have tried to argue that you were only against the massclaim because you were looking at the wrong setup, but I showed previously that you were still against it after being corrected on the setup.

First note that not everyone crumbs. I don't. He might just like donuts.

Second, if he was crumbing, he was doing so for a reason - likely hoping that a doc is looking closely for crumbs, while maybe the scum aren't. It's generally not good for town to just go and expose someone's crumbs without reason.

I agree with him on both counts, but neither was original or controversial. It seems premature to proclaim him "probably conf-town."

Im getting the impression players reach conclusion based on snippets around here.

My orginal issue with the claiming was entirely based on Titus saying that it could be used to hurt scum.
When I saw the set up was indeed different I saw no harm in claiming but then after I thought maybe a sk could hurt the claim idea but I don't know that it will.

And the funny man behind the curtain dodges it all.

I'm also going to point out I never said I was against mass claiming. I asked about the benefits of it.

Since this has already been a part of the convo lately, I'll admit that I wasn't aware that MS doesn't use QTs anymore. My last game here had been a few years ago.

With regards to the Ocean wagon, I'm not entirely convinced. I think Titus is somehow tunneling people one by one, and I'm more inclined not to follow it just like how I didn't jump on the Blocky wagon which she started. And I think Ocean have refuted some of the accusations against him.

I also don't agree on the "townreading" issue. I wouldn't easily townread people, especially if it's based on superficial reasons or gut feelings. I will only townread someone if there's a really very good reason to do so. I don't want to take the risk of making someone look town when in fact they are scum. So usually it's either I scumread you or null read you. I reserve the townread for meritorious reasons.

In 527 I started a case on Kop and nothing's happened to reduce my suspicion there. But:

- I'm more suspicious of you
- There's just a little more than a day left in phase, you have a wagon, and Kop doesn't

This is the time to see if your wagon is viable, not the time to try to start a new one from scratch.

Yeah, that wouldn't surprise me either. SK crumbs as vig, promises direct help, later claims vig (pointing to the crumbs) and asks for doctor protection. Probably selected BP over investigation immune, so pointing out the cop crumb to get scum to help with the dirty work. Neat plan. Sounds like something Titus would do.
